I would add a thought to this... one of the biggest problems in modern society is that psychologists have (relatively recently) largely decoded the human brain and what makes us tick. In parallel, technology has developed the means of mass manipulation (through social media). Sadly, stirring up fear (particularly of loss) and anger works particularly well in manipulating people to vote for you or buy your stuff. And social media is extremely effective in targeting those messages at different groups in different ways. Now that we have AI, the production side of this hate factory will ALSO be speeded up. I have come to the conclusion that the ONLY way to counter all this is for people of good conscious to rise up in a determined fashion to be kind, build trust, speak the truth, collaborate, celebrate human progress, and more. We have to start feeding positive energy into the world in a determined fashion. It is literally a war for the future of civilisation.
I really don't mean to come across as condescending about your post, but I think the entire thing is basically just a whole lot of innaccurate or false suppositions. What type of person would you consider to be the most susceptible to the influences you describe above, if any?
