It's been a few weeks since your last video. We all miss you and hope you are okay. Looking forward to your return. I love the way you react to an entire album. Take care!
Can you react to a brief history of the Beatles pleaseeee 🙏 I’m your hugest fan and I love your Beatles content. I love how consistent you are with posts, you’re awesome!!
Yes, I was also about to tell him to react to that. I think watching that will help him understand better how incredible this band is. And bring more clarity to their progression.
Hope you're ok Darius. Hope you didn't Get tired of the Beatles. Nah that can't be even possible , but hope we (the people) didn't annoy you too much, and also hope your not blocked by UA-cam or Apple. Seriously hope you are ok and no major problem in your life. Be well my friend, wishing for some good luck your way.
Bad To Me was probably one of the only gems that never made it to any of the anthologies. Hello little girl surprisingly made it but not Bad To Me sadly
Your the best It’s great to see a younger perspective on the BeaTles Your honesty is great You don’t just smile & nod You call it as you see it BeaTles 4 Ever
When you're done with the albums I'd love to see you react to the music videos. There's some really good ones. Also the Get Back documentary would be nice
Wen you finish to listen all the albums, you need listen the album LOVE of The Beatles, no have new songs, It has incredible combinations, remixes, and transitions, it's like hearing everything like the first time again and better, in addition to the anthologies, I feel that it is something necessary to listen to when it comes to The Beatles. One of my personal favorites, from the album LOVE, is the song "Being for the benefit of Mr. Kite! /I Want you (She's so heavy)/Helter Skelter", yes, that's just one song, and there are more like that
That was my very first introduction to mashups. I did a special mashup MEDLEY of Led Zeppelin and Doors with other artists, for example, it starts with a mashup of Zep's WHOLE LOTTA LOVE with HELTER SKELTER: ua-cam.com/video/O62zSMkubi0/v-deo.html
if you want to hear outtakes, you're going to love the "ANTHOLOGY" series of albums. There's three volumes, each covering a different era of outtakes and such
Since the Get Back documentary is 8 hrs long I would just watch it all and then comment. Pressuring yourself to do a reaction to it would distract from the absorption of how cool that doc is
It'd be great to see you react to some of their solo work after the beatles had split. All things must pass, living in the material world, band on the run, imagine, etc...
As a Beatles Stan, thank you so much for spoiling us with these reactions. I feel like I'm rediscovering them myself through your videos. Some of my fav Beatles documentaries are "Eight Days a Week: The Touring Years", "Get Back" and "The Beatles Anthology Series" (it's posted for free on Internet Archives). You can find a lot of those little outtakes and demos on the Anthology Albums. Thank you again!
You’re gonna love the revolver album. That album and rubber soul are my two personal favorites. It’s crazy truly how much they evolved over a short few years. Great content btw Darius, I enjoy watching these vids.
For me, The Beatles for Sale, was a very good album. After putting out so many songs in 18 months, the needed to rest, rely on their strong covers, and get their wind back to continue with Help.
12:55 If you want to listen to the songs, some are on Anthology 1, and the rest are on a bootleg called 'The Silver Beatles At Home 1960' (they're also all found on UA-cam)
Dude... I have a brilliant idea for you. Make a reaction to Wings Over America 1976 live album by Macca. Remastered version is better audio quality. You can make 2 videos of it or even more. Because it's not Beatles but Macca you're not gonna get banned. It's fire, trust me, I'm 19 y.o. so you're not gonna hear granny old tunes. The album is pure rock n roll, Macca was rocking so hard there. Better watch first 11 songs remastered and other half with videos cause it's precious to see macca playing tunes like Yesterday, Blackbird et cetera live. And the ending song Soily looks awesome on video. Good luck bro.
The anthology trilogy is a great listen. And from the Remixed White album, the Esher session where they did acoustic demos of the tracks for each other. George recorded it. Some tracks are on anthology 3.
Bro, it wouldn't hurt you to watch the recording from the Washington DC 1964 concert The Beatles. The video is in good quality and they really rock out there
Yo Darius, If you're looking for outtakes and alternate cuts, you should consider doing reactions to the Beatles Anthology albums. Lot of cool stuff on those. Peace
I am among the fans who LOVES "BEATLES FOR SALE" it is one of my favorite Beatles' albums, I LOVE every song on it. HOW could you hate "WORDS OF LOVE" ??? A CLASSIC BUDDY HOLLY SONG, whom the Beatles admired (so much so for Paul, that years and years later, he bought the BUDDY HOLLY CATALOGUE of songs as so, now owns them. PLUS the name Beatles was sort of reflecting Buddy Holly and his group "Buddy Holly and the CRICKETS" I LOVE their vocals on "WORDS OF LOVE" and the way they sing it. I guess you have to be female to understand why. DARIUS you are laughing at another "god father of Rock" and his song "HONEY DON'T" written by and originally sung by the great CARL PERKINS, yet ANOTHER singer that the BEATLES loved and were influenced by. They all became CLOSE friends with Carl until his passing. Ringo was/is an avid country and western fan (of the style in the '50s and '60s, NOT like "country and western" is now) and so he LOVED covering the Country and Western songs he did on their albums SEE you MISSED when the narrator said "Honey Don't a TRIBUTE to CARL PERKINS, because you were talking over it. You can't dismiss the importance of CARL PERKINS contribution to early rock and roll. ALSO 'EVERYBODY'S TRYING TO BE MY BABY" was yet another TRIBUTE to CARL PERKINS, who GEORGE particularly admired. Please, Darius, I love ya, but show some respect to CARL PERKINS, and BUDDY HOLLY who were important people in the history of Rock and Roll. DARIUS, also, hon, don't talk over the narrator because WE can't hear (and neither can you) what the narrator is saying. THANKS! 😊😊
Beatles For Sale is a great album for me, it's definitely not the best but it has great songs. I like to call the first 3 "Lennon's Triforce", they have a dark and very honest aura of how John felt, I Don't Want To Spoil the Party seems extremely underrated to me for the message it has and I'll Follow the Sun is simply beautiful, the best on the album and the covers are up to par. The Beatles lived in a disaster but many bands would still like to have an album like this in their discography.
After reading some comments and hearing this Doc I’m starting to understand why some people are passionately “For” Beatles for Sale .. if I was around at that time when that album came out it would’ve been exciting.. but as someone who is younger.. I got to experience their BEST work before Beatles for Sale so it was difficult seeing any value in it. But this educational journey we’re on is changing my perspective. I still only like select songs but I get where others are coming from more. 😜☮️ Cheers to Bob Dylan 🍁 🔥
my favorite dylan song is "fourth time around" from 1966's Blonde on Blonde (I'm sure you'll love it) and that one is a message to Lennon to stop using his "clutch". the myth is that after listening to this John changed his compositions for good to never sound dylan-esque ever again (working class hero being an exception in 1970)
There was an interesting story that Lou Harrison (George Harrison’s sister) told at the NY/NJ Metro Beatlefest now known as Fest for Beatles fans. This was back in 1998. It was about how The Beatles music saved a young man’s life. I think his parents told her. I’m only going to paraphrase since it was awhile back. But this young man was incredibly depressed and he was going to take pills and he decided to put on his parents Beatles records. After he heard the first one…he didn’t feel as down. When the second one played he even felt a little more upbeat and by the third one, he felt chipper and realized he didn’t want to die…so he called the hospital immediately. I have no idea if this story is included in any writings or if Lou Harrison ever published it. But since she was a guest she told it at Beatlefest. So unfortunately am unable to provide anymore information on this. But that really attests to the power of music. 🙏 Also think our appreciation of music is very much like “in my life” from Rubber Soul…it depends on time and place and moments in our lives no matter what generation we are. We can find songs that reach us on many levels from joy to sadness…songs that make us want to dance or groove along…others that excite us or make us reflective. I love that about music. And also love seeing music reach down through the generations. We can appreciate what came before and what’s new as well. All part of the journey.
Darius, I'm glad you got to reconnect with BFS. I agree, it is not my favorite Beatles album but it's a sentimental favorite, in a way. For me, when I think of some of the mood-shifts and style changes on the album, it makes my heart go out to them, right? I hear the first two tracks and "I'll Follow the Sun" and it is a melancholy album, especially when compared to the brilliance and shine of AHDN. These are really honest songs and you have to respect John's going public with some of his trails and tribulations. Other than that, I love R&R Music -- it rips -- and I do like the last song, just for the rootsy feel of it and it's also a George song, so that's cool. There are also a few "B-list" songs, which are good efforts, such as "Every Little Thing". The disappointing aspect is that the Beatles were not able to spend as much time on these songs as they could have. More time and a more relaxed pace would really have helped development of these songs and, of course, production as well. So, that's not their fault. They were in a tough spot, to be sure.
babys in black live at shea stadium and the im down performance is really freakin good if you ever get a chance to watch. whole concert is madness and FIRE. the reactions from the fans were insane
i'm having so much fun smoking a j and watching your videos! i've been a lifelong fan of the beatles and i really like your perspective on their music, keep great doing my boy
That's a good point about Beatles For Sale being able to be as good as Rubber Soul if they could have really leaned into the darkness. I never thought about it, but if they had really pushed themselves then it could have been the definitive "moody" Beatles album.
and btw, since you like outtakes i HIGHLY recomend the esher demos on the special edition of the white album (you can find this on spotify etc), i think theres some things in there that i'm 100% sure are my favorite thing on their discography
BTW, I hope you do get a chance to check out the U.S. albums! They are fun re-works of the English releases and what's cool is they include the singles as record tracks. I think that is a fun upgrade, even if the U.S. albums suffered from the fact that they could not include 14 tracks, as the UK albums could.
The Beatles early US album versions are interesting. I feel in some ways they can be better than the UK versions. ‘Meet the Beatles’ might be a better ‘With the Beatles’. The US ‘Rubber Soul’ is more acoustic and folky.
I’ve watched your Beatles and Led Zeppelin videos, you have some really thoughtful insights on some of the songs, which I hadn’t thought of before - really cool! Now, I cannot recommend enough Axis - Bold as Love, by Jimi Hendrix. I think you will love it!
hope you're ok, we miss u here DD'V
We’re missing u man
It's been a few weeks since your last video. We all miss you and hope you are okay. Looking forward to your return. I love the way you react to an entire album. Take care!
miss you bro
Can you react to a brief history of the Beatles pleaseeee 🙏 I’m your hugest fan and I love your Beatles content. I love how consistent you are with posts, you’re awesome!!
I support this idea!
The Deep Discog Dive of The Beatles is great
the Eight Days A Week doc is amazing for this especially their early touring years!
Yes, I was also about to tell him to react to that. I think watching that will help him understand better how incredible this band is. And bring more clarity to their progression.
As riddled with errors and misinformation as it is...
What happened Darius?? Are you ok??
I appreciate how invested you are with this band!
Hope you're ok Darius. Hope you didn't Get tired of the Beatles. Nah that can't be even possible , but hope we (the people) didn't annoy you too much, and also hope your not blocked by UA-cam or Apple. Seriously hope you are ok and no major problem in your life. Be well my friend, wishing for some good luck your way.
hey Darius, where you been! cant wait for the next bealtes video mate keep up the work
There's three Anthology series, all of them full of outtakes, unreleased tracks and other stuff. Some great gems in there!
Don’t forget the 100s of bootlegs from the 70s and 80s. If you can get hold of them! 😂😂😂
Bad To Me was probably one of the only gems that never made it to any of the anthologies. Hello little girl surprisingly made it but not Bad To Me sadly
been a month man, hope you're alright!
Yeah, man, we're jonesin' for some of that good Dariius growling and stank faces to our fave bands, lol! Hope everything's copasetic with ya.

It’s great to see a younger perspective on the BeaTles
Your honesty is great
You don’t just smile & nod
You call it as you see it
BeaTles 4 Ever

The Beatles Anthology set is where you’ll find the outtakes. And they are fucking banger albums, especially volume 2
Are you alright?
"Live at the BBC" is the best Beatles album. they were the greatest Rhythm & Blues power combo before people forgot what R&B stands for.
🙏🏾 Gonna have to check out the live albums at some point
The outtakes are on Anthology 1,2,3. Then there are even more outtakes on the Special Editions.
Seeing you go thru a Beatles discovery in real time is fire bro. Keep it up and keep the joints rolling
if you want to hear outtakes, you're going to love the "ANTHOLOGY" series of albums. There's three volumes, each covering a different era of outtakes and such
That's a good idea
We miss your videos. You’re the best. Hope you are well!
Hope you doing good man, missing the reactions
These Beatles reactions are perfect I gotta say the Beatles are my favourite artists
Revolver next gonna make your eyes pop out can't wait
Brother react to Beatles brief history , you are my favorite reaction channel
Since the Get Back documentary is 8 hrs long I would just watch it all and then comment. Pressuring yourself to do a reaction to it would distract from the absorption of how cool that doc is
Bro, this channel is my current drug, everytime there's a new upload my whole life pauses! Keep it up, and hope for more Zep too!
Ringo also plays a mean umbrella.
Aw man, when’s help movie and revolver reaction comin?
It'd be great to see you react to some of their solo work after the beatles had split. All things must pass, living in the material world, band on the run, imagine, etc...

When's the Help movie video coming out?
When you paused at 6:47 I was like “is it about ringo? …Yeahhh it’s about ringo.” 😂
dude where the hell are you?
Bob Dylan react coming
You’re gonna love the revolver album. That album and rubber soul are my two personal favorites. It’s crazy truly how much they evolved over a short few years. Great content btw Darius, I enjoy watching these vids.
Bro Baby in Black was played almost in every concert they played from 64-66
I love Words of Love, it's a Buddy Holly cover. Also love most of these songs on this album.
I appreciate that you’re honest about how you actually feel when you don’t like something. The show would suck if you didn’t
For me, The Beatles for Sale, was a very good album. After putting out so many songs in 18 months, the needed to rest, rely on their strong covers, and get their wind back to continue with Help.
Any album with No Reply, I'm a Loser, Every Little Thing, Eight Days a Week, and I'll Follow the Sun can hardly be called a stumble.
The burst of laughter when the review turns to “Honey Don’t”. 😂
or the suppressed laughter when Ringo had nostril pain lol
You're growing those John/Ringoesque sideburns! Respect man 🔥
When’s the next video??
I agree with everything you say, except I think "Words of Love" is done really well!
12:55 If you want to listen to the songs, some are on Anthology 1, and the rest are on a bootleg called 'The Silver Beatles At Home 1960' (they're also all found on UA-cam)

My 17 year old neighbour just got a Beatles poster and stuck it on her wall. THAT is longevity.
Keep grinding bro. Love your videos
The anthology trilogy is a great listen. And from the Remixed White album, the Esher session where they did acoustic demos of the tracks for each other. George recorded it. Some tracks are on anthology 3.
Yes! I love the Anthologies espesh Anthology 2. Some of those early versions of songs are amazing. Esher session from the White Album's top too.
Good point about whether they wouldve consistently kept this dark side going throughout the album, it wouldve been great!
my favorite of the first four Beatles records. The first three songs in particular.
Bro, it wouldn't hurt you to watch the recording from the Washington DC 1964 concert The Beatles. The video is in good quality and they really rock out there
You ok bro
Hey darius, what happened man! Hope your alright
Explore the Beatles story, it's amazing as their music.
You do a great job on these reactions. I can't wait to see where you go after this
brother you need to react to the Let It Be album
It’s got so many bangers Ik you’ll rock with🙏
Yes here for this ! .. Please do more history of The Beatles videos !
Yo Darius, If you're looking for outtakes and alternate cuts, you should consider doing reactions to the Beatles Anthology albums. Lot of cool stuff on those.

Misteeeeeeeeeer moooooonliiight. That’s a mint opening to a song. Lennon is so good at raw vocal power.
babys in black live at shea stadium and the im down performance is really freakin good if you ever get a chance to watch. whole concert is madness and FIRE. the reactions from the fans were insane
hope you doin well darius👍🏻
I think the problem with BFS is that they were so darn TIRED.🙄
Good point
Can you possibly review some of the Beatles single careers? Some of them had really underrated careers after they all went their separate ways.
i'm having so much fun smoking a j and watching your videos! i've been a lifelong fan of the beatles and i really like your perspective on their music, keep great doing my boy
Bro please tell me your alive
bro where are you?
you good?
That's a good point about Beatles For Sale being able to be as good as Rubber Soul if they could have really leaned into the darkness. I never thought about it, but if they had really pushed themselves then it could have been the definitive "moody" Beatles album.
i thought i remember u saying that u have already listened to revolver and magic mystery tour maybe even sgt peppers?
BE COOL WITH THE BEATLES
MAN!
I'M A FAN SO STAY COOL
Please listen to “and your bird can sing” the giggle version. Don’t even need a reaction, just listen
I love Baby’s in Black and Mr Moonlight. I don’t get the hate for them.
I love those tracks too mate but for me, Beatles For Sale is probably one of my least listened to Beatles albums.
You gotta get into Hendrix, man.
I’m gonna keep telling you that until you do lol.
and btw, since you like outtakes i HIGHLY recomend the esher demos on the special edition of the white album (you can find this on spotify etc), i think theres some things in there that i'm 100% sure are my favorite thing on their discography
After you listen to all the albums including anthology, I’d love for you to hear the LOVE album. Its a whole new listening experience, its incredible
"I don't think the beatles could make a disaster if they wanted to" - Words of a man who has not heard Only a Northern Song
He probably meant a disaster of an album
Love your videos, bro! Will be waiting for more :)
Those early Kinks records are bangers, too...
The covers were cool. They were the things they were doing in their old club days.
Darius fans eating GOOD this week
Looking forward to Led 5: Houses of the Holy!
I’ve watched your Beatles and Led Zeppelin videos, you have some really thoughtful insights on some of the songs, which I hadn’t thought of before - really cool! Now, I cannot recommend enough Axis - Bold as Love, by Jimi Hendrix. I think you will love it!
