When I saw this watch in an email from Zodiac, I figured it was probably a quartz movement. I am happy my assumption was incorrect. This one is a winner! Thank you Rob!

Oh that is very nice and perfect measurements.. 20mm lug, 18mm clasp and 62 hr power reserve. Also Rob, you are right always go shorter on the 6pm south side.

I just picked this watch up and it looks amazing. It is a little thick, but I like a chunky watch.
Would love to see more dive chronographs I find them very kool. The 70's had a bunch of kool ones. Would like to see some more now
I feel like they've missed opportunity by not doing screw down chrono pushers when it's already this thick wit timing bezel. Would make a nice "do anything" chrono and daytona alternative.
Great looking chrono from Zodiac. I have been admiring it. Dimensions are very similar to the 500m WR Ollech and Wajs Astrochron.
It has everything! Nicely executed. Not busy, somehow.
I got this watch a day after it released and it’s my favorite in the collection. Yeah it’s chunky but it doesn’t wear all that large on my 6.75” wrist. It’s finished extremely well and I love the bracelet. Currently looking for some aged leather straps to go with it.
Another chrono review and I'm starting to see the light.
It's a bit thick, but I really like the looks. I hope they have one of these at Chicago Windup next month so I can try one on. It's nice to see the solid quality lume too. Thanks for the bracelet tip. I'll have to look into that on my bracelet watches.
All automatic chronographs are thick. no way real out of that boat unless you're spending Tens of Thousands of dollars

Cool sandwich dial, well designed watch, love the no date. Hate the closed case back, completely unacceptable on a mechanical watch, I know no one who ever wants a closed case back on a mechanical watch, but the industry doesn't seem to understand their customers, or don't care about their desires. A no sale do to the closed back !
Display case back would make it even thicker.. And unless you're spending 5k+ movements generally aren't going to be much to look at anyways.

Nice watch, I feel like the 3 o'clock sub dial is to far over.
nah, it's just a visual illusion due to the way Rob's tilting the watch, and the fact that both hands are on the left side of the watch. It creates the illusion of more negative space on the right side.
