Fuel Pump Test - Does not start in the morning - Sunfire 2005

This video explains how to the pressure in the fuel line using pressure gauge, it also explain some tips on how to test the fuel regulation valve. this car had some issue starting in the morning so we suspected a defective fuel pump.

what pressure should it have when its on the on position and when its running?

The pressure, when the key is on but the engine is off, should be between 53 and 59 PSI
