John's rants are the best - I agree that this Trump administration has a much better chance of success than the first . That's why Elon isn't going anywhere - he knows how to get things done. Trump's legacy, besides the bombast, will have to be "he got things done"
It's absurd to think that being born in US soil gives you automatic right to citizenship. If a foreign diplomat has a son in the US for example, he does not have the right to citizenship. In other countries, the son of foreigners born in the country have the OPTION to apply for citizenship, after a period of time. Like after a certain age. But this does not mean their parents can become citizens or have a right to remain in the country. Australia for example gives people born in their country form foreign parents to apply for citizenship after they are 12 years old. By that time, either their parents have managed to get residence or citizenship, or they leave the country and the kid can come back if he wants to.
I enjoy your Podcast very much. I think it would be even better if John did not dominate the discussion to the extent that he does. He should let/encourage the other three to share the time.
I'd be happy if things hold but the idea of Greater Syria or Jerusalem exists in the Eastern system I cannot link it here because it is on TCM Original, a Pakistani Urdu YT channel, only Turkish sense of Monism is causing a problem there, and yes a simple Statehood is all they need the Muslims there, not fancy NGO capital.
