You just woke some memories of that band, and especially of that album, it's an effin masterpiece. Good job tho, that song kicks hard, and has some insane tricky parts.
Dude you are actually a legend. What a perfect cover like you NAILED IT nailed it. Absolutely insane. After all the injuries I've had playing guitar, this inspires me to pick up the dusty old axe one more time and start again. Thanks brother!
Damn dude that was fucking FANTASTIC!!! I wish I would have stuck with it when I was younger. I kinda hit a plateau in my playing when I was about 18 and then I met my wife and kinda just stopped playing. Giving me some much needed inspiration to pick the old Ibanez RG back off the wall. It currently resides on my daughters bedroom wall as decoration 😔. That stops today 🤘
Are those really 16th notes in the intro and the other fast trem picking parts because I can’t physically do that at the speed even after 12 years of playing. If you play them as triplets it really is almost indistinguishable from 16ths. The 16ths just sound thicker I guess
Keep grinding some speed training with a metronome. Also get a thick pick and back off on it to just use the very tip. Anchor that wrist somewhere and go for it!
So proper ,one of my favorite albums of all time so it’s great to see it played so well!!!!

This song still has one of my fav breakdowns of all time in it.
3:47 never heard a major chord sound so evil 🤘

Not that you asked, but I think your ceiling texture coating might contain asbestos.

Signed Vinyl?
What Neural plugins were you using?
I believe for this one I was using gojira for the rhythm and plini for the solos. These days I tend to just use the Plini.
