Yep. The thing I like about it is if you ever get stuck in a mud hole you just pick it up and walk it out. I used to do that with a 71 XL250, but not many people can because of the weight.
They're available in the States but they're only coming in red. If you want one you need to go down to your local dealership and order one you'll probably wait a year or 2 like I did. I just received mine the other day and only because a couple of people ahead of me decided they didn't want to buy it after all. I was looking at March to April of next year. I ordered it in January of 2021
in 1989 I saw my first BMW R100GS at the Chicago Auto show. I told my wife "I'm going to buy one of those" Thirty Four years later it is still sitting in my garage. When I saw the new Honda CT 125's I told her the same thing. I hope to get it on order this spring. It will look good sitting next to the Beemer.
Cool looking bikes. Ready for a global tour, I'm sure. I've seen videos how people struggle with Africa Twins etc. Hard life for that choice of heavy two-wheel machinery..
Great video and nice fitment of the adventure-style accessories. I use a couple of well used, dual-purpose bikes for the motorcycle training lessons that I provide, viz. a '05 Yamaha XTZ125, a 2015 Honda XR150, a 2010 Zongshen ZSM200 and a '97 Honda XL400V TransAlp, that collectively cost less than one of these CT125s and are all more capable in virtually any terrain. I started riding bikes in the 70s and love Hondas but think it's a case of nostalgia over practicality : (
Likely Chinese-made, meant for small village/dirt-road commuting, etc. Honda produces some of their smaller Asian models at Chinese factories under joint-venture licensing.
It is a very nice concept. No idea how powerful it is, but give it 20 hp at least and a bit longer rear suspension travel, and it could compete with Himalayan, I think. More practical, and gosh, it is also stylish!
20hp is over double what it has normally....and the transmission would spit gears out the bottom if you tried running that much power thru it......i must say i do like the idea of double the power in that frame size tho
We need a borman magregor type adventure where one uses the Honda and the other a gs1250 around the world and see which one lasts best with the least number of breakdowns excluding normal service items……
Not being picky here but assuming it would be used for rough dirty terrain you’d have thought they would have given it a completely enclosed rear chain to help preserve it no?
This bike is very useful motorbike even if we dont go to wörl wide tour......Around couple hundred km we can search the place where we live.......like EXPLORER.....againts the high gas prices and traffic jam
On the green with orange rims… that doesn’t look like a roto-pax gas can, anyone know who makes it? Also the seat? Looks way more comfortable than my stock seat. Finally, the black cargo box?
my friend tried this to incline road and it doesn't have much power. so i think this only suit in friendly road not like you think as a real adventure bike.
That green bike looks like it’s ready to go around the world right now!
You should look for Pablo Imhoff. He is traveling all arround from Argentina to Alaska on a smaller C90 EconoPower
@@nicolasubeda8824 sweet 🤙🏼
Охуительный байк
Gimmi that green thing, or better 2 of them!
When my son is 18 yo I want to go with him from Singapore to Europe.
"Yes" Lego Land World🤣
Now this is a real adventure bike!
Reliable, simple, easy to repair, parts all over world and cheap.
Just firm up the forks and shocks.

Honda is missing out not selling those here in the US! Those would sell as fast as they could make them.
They’re available here in FL? Or you referring to the color?

Unfortunately they are selling as fast as they make them, but big market is south east Asia their bread and butter
I would buy one…

True story
Great video.
Great bike!
I wish we could get all this in north-america...
Now you can. Us europeans can still not get it.
Looks so useful and versatile.
Cool looking bikes. Ready for a global tour, I'm sure. I've seen videos how people struggle with Africa Twins etc. Hard life for that choice of heavy two-wheel machinery..
Ct-125 looks like the best bike ever to travel around the world, much lighter and nimbler than heavy BMW GS's and such

Wish this were made in a 150 or 175 cc.
The green bike is mine; I'll take it.
Неет! Я его уже взял...👋
It's always a good idea to pack as much luggage as you can on the CT 125 so you can make it go even slower.
😂 it’s about where it can go, not how fast 😁
😹😹😹
good one!
Some people ride bikes with over 200kmh .. but only to the 1st turn .. then they watch travel documentaries on TV .. if lucky enough to be alive
@@Windinthe...bald5821 That made me laugh. A fair point you make.

That seat looks more comfortable than the stock brick.
Love the looks of these go anywhere little bikes , probably turn into a caravan when you stop to camp .
They have trailers for motorcycles…. Could probably find one for these light enough….
Must have in Brazil 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👍👍
C'est génial.
Que cosa más hermosa. 👏👏👏👏👏
The fully green and black looks like it has a small oil cooled radiator?
Pena não ser vendida no Brasil. Seria uma excelente oportunidade!
Заряженный агрегат!!!
are these accessories for the CT125 available in the American marketplace? looks nice!
WOW…🤩🤩🤩🤩

I think these would lend themselves well for an adventure in Tubby Land
We need a borman magregor type adventure where one uses the Honda and the other a gs1250 around the world and see which one lasts best with the least number of breakdowns excluding normal service items……

You will never break it

Great so long as you avoid main roads.
saya akan membelinya jika masuk ke Indonesia👍
Bring them to north American /Canada!
Why Honda don't bring it's to Brazil? Country side would make a big sucess.
A great little machine but some of these bikes are way over the top!
😮😮😮❤❤❤❤
👍👍👍♥️♥️♥️
When it will come in India?
Why they dont close the chain for dirt anymore ?
neat looking bikes. Too bad that they are not available in North America. :(
And Australia due to the new ABS law (Must be 2 "channel". Separate front and rear.).
On the green with orange rims… that doesn’t look like a roto-pax gas can, anyone know who makes it? Also the seat? Looks way more comfortable than my stock seat. Finally, the black cargo box?
The black box looks like some kind of e military ammo box repurpossed .
Are they for sale at this set up? Looking for one with red wheels?? many thanks!
shEeeEesh❗❗❗
Wish to have it here in the Philippines.
@Not Expat Joe how much it costs?

Right now only TVS is selling this type of two wheeler ite Heavy duty TVS XL 100
my friend tried this to incline road and it doesn't have much power. so i think this only suit in friendly road not like you think as a real adventure bike.
