I have a 1986 Honda C90.... Back to neutral from 4th gear is Japanese genius. When you come to a stop in traffic straight back to neutral without kicking all the way down

I got mine from from my local arizona honda dealership a few months back and they only offered it in red. I'm kinda jealous of yours, that color looks soo nice compared to my red one.
@@LifeofSmokey Cheese & crackers. Bread & butter. Pen & paper. Taxes & tears. Honda & red are like all of those. In some markets I think Honda has sold them in a beige sandy colour too.
Yes, only color here until 2023 model year is red. Got on a waiting list in 2021 and got mine last month in Batesville Arkansas..Nice bike and a great video.
We're finally getting it in GREEN in the US!! I'm so excited! I desperately wanted one when they first debuted but bright Honda red just isn't my color. Positively loving this series of videos and the modifications you've made.
Getting mine next year, I was thinking about getting an other Grom but this bike has all the goodies that I was going to add to the Grom; center stand, rear rack, all around LED lights dual sport tires (well 90/10 really 🤣). The CT125 just showed up in Canada this year so it's going to be hard to buy one in 2023.
LOL. Nice one. Just an FYI: I'm Japan-based (can't read Japanese either), but at 5:15, the yellow sticker on the bottom right is proof of insurance which is normally stuck on the license plate. The "5" refers to the 5th year of reign of the current Japanese emperor rule ("reiwa") and 12 is December.

Great video! No idea why they are not selling in europe- we have the euro5 engine for cb125f, cb125r, sh125i, grom, dax... can you tell the reason? I love this bike! I think it could be a great seller in the eu as well!
When used as a postie bike in Australia and Taiwan, this is a useful feature. You roll up to a letter box on a upwards slope, then hit neutral to reverse. Remember, this bike does not have a clutch lever to disengage the engine. Used Australian postie bikes were sold to East Timor. They are also used by junk mail delivery companies.
i know this shift pattern from the old honda engines, and if i don't pull the brakes can i still shift from 4th to neutral or does it block without pulling brakes? because on the old ones it was possible to shift from 4th to neutral and in 1st again without any brakes and this was a bit dangerous
Nope when I'm riding I can't seem to go from 4th into neutral. Maybe I just don't kick it hard enough but I don't want to risk going from 4th to 1st when doing 50 😅
@@LifeofSmokey yeah that's why i ask if there is some stopping mechanism in there..... maybe you can try on the centerstand so it is safe. some time ago i build a turbocharged minibike with a honda engine with this shift pattern and let a guy ride it...... you can imagine what happened..... 1st wheelie 2nd wheelie 3rd wheelie 4th no wheely but fast already then he was on the search for 5th gear..... yeah it was neutral and he searched again for 5th gear and there it was the 1st gear........ engine blown up completely.......

Fill it up n see how many actual total km it can cover in a full tank
You said it can drive underwater. Go for it.(Should be funny to see & likely to go viral).

I imported mine to the UK from Thailand. Worth every penny. Touring Spain and France on it this summer. Yee har.
Easy to get it registered in the UK?

Honda was going to stop making this bike but Australia Post buying it since the 70's kept it alive..

The only gators we have is at the zoo 😅. I would be terrified riding in terrains with alligators close haha
if you put a 3.00 tyre on the front you will need the brackets that move the fender higher
I have those ready , I also ordered a high mx looking fender for even bigger tires. But not sure if it will fit the rear 😬
