Nice! I'm getting ready to start fishing some of the more accessible creeks and streams here in the Adirondacks. When the remaining snow melts and the more remote ponds start to ice-out I'll backpack in for some native brookie fishing.
Not sure how you manage to do it, but man you CAPTURE it. From going to the fly shop, to putting the gear together, it feels like the viewer is with you. Excellent job, cant wait for more!

I think that's great y'all packin in . reminds me of back in the 80s my friends and I did same in Northern Nevada in some very small creeks. Being 52 yes now I still hike Nv. to fish... Just love doing it. Inspiring guys, keep it up.

If you guys go back get a cart for hazel creek. Much easier been fishing hazel for 30 years. Put your gear in it and push it.

Good content. Which campsite did you use? My friend and I plan to hit Hazel creek in the spring. I was thinking either campsite 84 or 83 would be good.

Hey man, sweet video. In the future tho, please do yourselves, those fish, and future anglers a solid and leave the specific names of streams out of videos/titles/descriptions. Wild trout are a rare gem, and we’ve got to do everything we can to keep the pressure off of them. Smokies backpacking would have been information enough :)
