Hi, there is little evidence pelvic venous embolization has an adverse effect on fertility. In fact, some studies suggest improvement of fertility for some patients with pelvic venous disorders. There is a chance of recurrent venous reflux and symptoms of PCS with a subsequent pregnancy after pelvic venous embolization. This is because pregnancy is a stressor of veins making them dilate which can cause them to not function normally.
