Very nice! I especially like the Sears-Roebuck sign. That type of sign fits my layout's era perfectly. Plus, it is a great part of American history. The Roger Carp book should be quite enjoyable to read and thumb through, as he has so much knowledge on the subject. Either way, an excellent video, as always.
