Great video. Straight to the point and no stupid background music or other silliness. These are the best kind of tech videos. Thanks for posting 👍
You're Welcome! Glad it helped
very good instruction the fact you took the time to do this properly helps us novices a lot . from making expensive mistakes by doing it right the first time
Thanks! glad it helped
Thanks for the quick version !
So many people take 20 minutes to do what you did in 5 minutes...
Glad it helped
Thank you for such a thorough walk through! Also appreciate the good camera work! A lot of times I can't watch these kind of videos because the camera bounces around too much or else doesn't really show the area they're working in clearly. I just wish they could make this stuff a little more easily accessible, also a good idea to have some spare clips and body fasteners available as most of the time they break after removing one time!
Glad it was helpful!
@@PYR-Auto it definitely was! My tweeters are the only working speakers. Car has over 200K on it and it's factory speakers and they are all dry rotted
If your just replacing speakers u don’t have to take off this deck, the speaker grills pop off from the top, on a 2006-11, check years before n after first. But great video as I want to paint the deck, thank You
Good tip
They dont pop on my 01 atleast
@@eliasmajander7317 did u try lifting up on the speaker grill ? Looks like it should
No pop ups in my 2008, had to take the whole deck out.
@@aakudev I thought all 2006-11 where the same, my 06 popped right off from the top

How to fully take out the deck? Like remove the seat belts
I didn't actually go that far but I think there were just some bolts holding the top portion of the seatbelt on.
Why even take it all the way out though... I just twist and push into the trunk
What size speakers fit in there? 5.25 was too small and 6×9 was too big, id measure but i keep losing the measuring tape
not sure what the exact size of those were
Do you know finally what size fits?
Should be 6.5 in
Perfecttt, thanks bro 👍🇹🇷

Honda really could've made removable speaker grills instead... this is a hassle
Perfect!
