    Homemade tofu Japanese cheese. The famous Japanese cheese called tofu. Tofu is a food produced from soybeans. It has a firm texture similar to that of cheese, delicate flavor, creamy white color and is presented in the form of a white block. It originates from China, but is also very common in Japanese and Korean food.
    🥗Ingredients:
    - 2 cups of organic or non-organic soy
    - 8 cups of water
    For the coagulant:
    - 1/2 cup of water
    - 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
