I don't really know if T1 will do it again this year. Last year, Faker was out for a month. This year, Faker is even here and they are all struggling.
@@soryegeton-tx7hl you're being the ones always bringing this up. At this point, T1 is far away from what it's required to be World Champs. And everyone on the roster is here. We'll see. Of course, T1 will step up. But others LCK teams seems ready this year. GenG is really stronger in everyways, HLE has monsterous team, DK is rising again and KT are able to do everything (good or bad) on big stage.
Even without looking at the games, I think T1 might be done for the season 😂Last year they lost their form but Faker was not playing due to pain. So when he came back, there was an immediate morale boost and they somehow carried their confidence all the way to World finals (And the meta suited them). This time, he's part of the problem. This reminds me of 2014 SKT really. Won worlds, came back, dominated for awhile, went to international (all-stars 2014) and won it all, then suddenly dropped off a 1000foot cliff in performance when the other teams catch on.
Their confidence was already hit before EWC, and their last few losses drilled the nail into the coffin. Unless a drastic meta shift happens or something else happen to reset their losing mentality, they're done. Zeus is terrible, but he's just a representation of T1's issues as a whole.

I'm a huge T1 fan, but gotta agree here, faker is contributing to the slump right now, and as much as I hope, I do agree that the confidence is gonna go down. Hopefully we get the 9-9 so we get a worlds run 😂, faker is still kinda leading the team, but full slump from everyone overall

Grubs are buffed so getting them earlier is key, specially since there's almost always a Trist mid. She + 6 voids = GGo next
Mages almost never have prio early against adcs and assassins will never be picked in pro play, so the best strat against adc mids are another adcs.
Plus ap JG is broken rn. So picking an AP mid that is significantly weaker, over an op AP JG is delusional. The same goes with picking double ap
