Putting a team of 4 diamond support players is a recipe for disaster and the gender doesn't even matter here because it doesn't even have a professional integrity because they're going to lose
Achksually, this is exactly how it goes in most sports, including online ones. Men simply excel in these fields and that's okay. Has there ever even been a single female at Worlds?
This is so disgusting. How could they do something so irresponsible? Unbelievable....they hurt the reputation of female players so badly. No wonder they did so badly if they 1. just started playing together as a team 2. Only one of them could play their main role 3. Only one of them was challenger So so so sad to see this even if it's old. I am not surprised that there aren't many female pro players in games after something like this.
But if Girls were good at game then they would simply draft from challenger , it just shows that they are not so there is nobody to play with , the only ones which are "girls" in pro scene still have dick just pretend to be girls.
As much as I'd also love to see that. It's damn near impossible. They'd need to be atleast high rank challenger AND not a one trick pony. They'd also need to prove that they have an understanding of the game and it's integrity, as frankly you can get lucky to climb if you just play. From my knowledge, not many female challys are out there. The ones that are, aren't available or interested and/or not an otp or has a very small champ pool.
@@yamatosazuske6939 They would have to make a womens league. Seems women are keen to go into the whole "support" role. Just like how women in real life seems to be over abundant in healthcare and education, especially childrens and teen education.

Have you seen some of the male pro players? Let's just say they are not very "generically attractive." Looks only matter to the people that don't actually matter anyways.

The problem of sacrificing these girls is much greater then people realize. Women have internal compass of social pressure much greater then men do. Women suffer much more mentaly in situations of public pressure. This is well documented and studied in sociology. Therefore women care about social status in men much more then men do about women status. Conclusion is that their sacrifice could have came to the detriment of mental long term damage these young girls have endured. Just imagine being put in that chair no matter the gender its hard as hell, even for experienced well socialized older person, let alone young women that usually in that period of growing up actually care about public image above all else. So no i wouldnt say this was worth it.
All supports team can’t work. 4 supports picking a role they barely know and competing in pro plays…Basically suicide. Taking all Women’s team was also a huge mistake, most Women’s I know play only or mostly support, some mid but the majority never touch harder, aggressive roles Like Top, Jungler or Adc. As well picking only women’s drastically reduced her Pool of players available which is probably why She ended taking Diamond players. If She picked men She probably would have been able to get 4 Challengers/Conquerors.
I've said it before, and I'll say it every time, women aren't missing from the pro scene because none has ever been good enough. They're missing because every time one has been contacted by a scout, any interest was lost when they were revealed to be female. Why? Because pro teams live together, play together for hours at a time every day, and managers are worried a female addition will cause distraction and ruin the delicate balance of teamwork.
The skill gap between Challenger and Diamond is about as wide as that of Gold and Iron. Put an Gold player up against an Iron player, the Gold player would have twice the cs and 10/0 with tower destroyed by the 10 minute mark, with a 3rd of those K/Os from roaming other lanes after perfectly shoving waves into tower after owning their lane opponent (In all fairness a decent Bronze player can wipe the floor with Iron players, but will lose the match because 1 Bronze player can't carry 4 trolls in Iron - I know, I tried once). Yeah, that's how big the skill gap is and we're only speaking the difference between a single division as opposed to three here. I haven't seen this level of misguided "girlpower" showboating since the days of MLG and PMS Clan for Halo 3, 20 years ago and what happened then was exactly how you'd think it'd play out, not pretty.
It's not because this team didn't work and moreover, they weren't there that putting a title in the video saying that girls don't have their place in e-sport!
Gender has nothing to do with videogames sexist losers in the comments. Like the guy said at the end of the video this was a brilliant marketing move. I hope we get to see more female pro players in the future under better conditions and team environments. This is only the beginning of eSports.
They had no time to prepare and pickibg up all females witch is like 0, 01% of player base there is 0 chance you pick champion matetial, because the pool is just too small. It's like picking only lefthanded ginger guys with specifiic haircut and no beards. What is the chance there will be 5 of them with a chance to win?
5 support mains as a whole team, that's hilarious. XD Besides 4/5 being diamonds them only having supp mains was a severe handicap too... To be honest playing supp is probably the easiest role( as someone that plays every role). Second easiest is ADC as you are being babied whole game. Mid is in the middle(no pun intended lmao), top is slightly harder only because the lane is longer. Jungle is for sure the hardest and most versatile. If you can play multiple roles but also knows how to supp or jungle it's very usefull knowledge, as you can combine the knowledge of solo playing with being a supportive team player. Like a Midlaner that also know how to play supp is golden- Toplaner that plays jungle is also golden. People who only play one role tend to get severely tunnel visioned by their own personal bias, because they have no idea how the other roles work. It's like the saying "walk a mile in my shoes, then you will understand".
It’s honestly a shame that there aren’t any female players in pro play. I don’t believe they should split genders for it, but an all female tournament would be cool.
There are female players in couple teams, But the problem is that Men are better tan Women at the very most. You can see there is a big gap men vs women on LoL and the good girls(High elo standards) are support, so How to make teams out of this? its just HARD Like in Brazil, You see the Female highlights, most of them are trans woman and not cis woman. There was even Non Binary as highlight. I don't even follow competitive anymore, i feel its waste of time and Unfun. In Brazil they made something called "Cebolão"(Its like CBLOL= Campeonado Brasileiro de League of Legends) And the Fun thing is the fact its Pro players Vs Mono Champion Teams. There were times where Mono champion teams won against Pro players and who were watching went crazy and celebrating
Funny how all "the best" female players happen to be rather pretty. They had a small but very dedicated fanbase, dont think they wouldve if the fanbase wasnt male. Publicity was the goal all along, wanna bet she cross referenced rank with looks when scouting? Cuz Id bet my hat she did. Obviously the end result couldve been better,q but I think she actually accomplished what she set out to do.
Nothing against female pro players, I would like to see more of that... but my thinking is that this girls ware not prepared for those games at all... I mean teams take months of preparation before, some even play together for years.... this team was formed and thrown into the lions with only 1 week of preparation... the other thing is that the team average rank being diamond in solo queue is a red flag for this level of game play, can still work thought with lots and lots of work.... being challenger player on it's on might not mean anything if that player have bad synergies with the rest of the team
I've been saying ironically "Baited and outsmarted" and then "I am a siren" in all chat for YEARS and its depressing how few people get the meme these days
Even using the words prodigy and age 19 together doesn't make sense anymore. There are kids these days at 15 - 16 who reach the highest ranks. But he had to put something positive, otherwise he would be called sexist.

Banning support is such a dagger. One of the most based moments in Esport league history. "Not only are you trash, but your boosted trash" boom headshot.

@@masqueradingod7662 I've been gaming for longer than you've been alive and if you don't think guys are toxic, especially to women in games, then you're wrong. Or you'd have to believe that no woman was ever skilled enough to go pro.
@@Oleoay Women are just as toxic. This is a human problem not a male vs female one
@@Oleoayguys are just supreme to girls in case of gaming. And I have never seen a man being toxic towards a woman in Games. On the contrary, they are very polite.
@@michal.mateja interesting way to say you don’t have a girlfriend without saying you don’t have a girlfriend
So they where litteraly 4 diamnd supp mains... they had no chanche😂.
Gender had nothing to do with it tho
they must have no chanche at all!
a gold-tier player asiagodtone (self-funded esports player), can even win more than 6 games in a professional level tournament
Grandmaster did not exist and nor did emerald. Come on dude. Many pros were diamond 1 back then and if you go back to 2012, one of the mid laners in OGN Champions spring 2012 was gold. The meaning of the ranks has shifted.
no many pros were not diamond in 2019. List even a single one who was diamond 1 in 2019
Buddy... this didn't happen in 2012 you simp.
it doesnt realy matter, im sure it was paid stunt, they didnt need girls at pro level
2012 the game was in it's infancy, it's literally incomparable...
@@greensabr200They wrote 2012 and not 2019! 😂😂😂
You have literally no reading comprehension. 🙄🙄🙄
As I didn't play league at that time I just heard the legends and rumors about a women-only team that once existed. Tbh this story is way more heartbreaking than I expected and I feel bad for everyone involved
Yes it might have saved the esports team, but we (female league players) have to suffer the consequences now.
Subscribed,if you continue posting in one year you will be famous !
That ending was insane lol 💀 I was certain you would just be toxic against females but this was surprisingly nuanced
It's toxic against female to point out diamond hardstucks can't compete against high challengers? It's like saying it's racist to admit koreans team stomp na and eu teams
Women suck at league
EVERYONE LIKE SUBSCRIBE AND SHARE THIS GUY IS SEVERELY UNDERATED
I would refuse to play tbh, diamond player = not professional.... and a week is not enough time to learn to communicate properly with randoms that you didnt know before.
They did this dirty and I can imagine that people are sexist like crazy about it aswell - like its the girls faulth.
They made it so they didnt have a chance.
and ONLY support mains? like de fuk?
Crazy good videos man. Got my sub
I wish if they wanted to do something like this they'd have taken the time to do it properly because seeing more women in pro league would be really nice, if there aren't that many women playing then just take the one that is challenger, even one woman playing is inspirational to us when we don't see ourselves represented. We don't really feel welcome in the community often and people are really rude to us but now people often just use this incident as proof that we will never belong in these spaces and it has done more harm than good :(
They will never play league again
Valve>Riot.. warning teams for banning only support.? Wtf
Very high quality content cant believe you are not 10k yet u deserve it
The problem of sacrificing these girls is much greater then people realize.
Bro an Italian youtuber reacted in love to your video (fierik)
8:47 no wonder they lost Noone holds their mouse like that lol 😂
I've said it before, and I'll say it every time, women aren't missing from the pro scene because none has ever been good enough. They're missing because every time one has been contacted by a scout, any interest was lost when they were revealed to be female. Why? Because pro teams live together, play together for hours at a time every day, and managers are worried a female addition will cause distraction and ruin the delicate balance of teamwork.
The quality is amazing ❤
The only thing I hate about you is the fact you not uploading more videos
Keep the good work 🔥🔥👑
New one coming!!!
It's not because this team didn't work and moreover, they weren't there that putting a title in the video saying that girls don't have their place in e-sport!
Gambit, later M5, was from Russia and was pretty popular the world over if i remember correctly.
Gender has nothing to do with videogames sexist losers in the comments. Like the guy said at the end of the video this was a brilliant marketing move. I hope we get to see more female pro players in the future under better conditions and team environments. This is only the beginning of eSports.
Gender indeed got something to do with it, like it or not
Delusional white knight cannot accept that the median level of gameplay is higher for men than for women 😭

You’re coping hard. Esports and sports has everything to do with gender. Men dominate both. It is what it is
Imagine putting 5 girls on a team and thinking it would change anything. You still pick a champion and play as that...
if she did that with an intention of getting talked about well it was an genius idea

Wow, my homeland can be proud of some achievements in the League of Legends.
Cool vid
Respectively I think it’s a sign that this should never be tried again
It’s honestly a shame that there aren’t any female players in pro play. I don’t believe they should split genders for it, but an all female tournament would be cool.
There are female players in couple teams, But the problem is that Men are better tan Women at the very most.
You can see there is a big gap men vs women on LoL and the good girls(High elo standards) are support, so How to make teams out of this? its just HARD
Like in Brazil, You see the Female highlights, most of them are trans woman and not cis woman.
There were times where Mono champion teams won against Pro players and who were watching went crazy and celebrating
there are no female players in pro play because women suck at sports, both regular and esports.
bro they split it for a reason, one of the reasons is this video, females cannot compete with most male teams it just can't happen accept the truth
3k gold down at 7 minutes is absolutely wild. Were they even farming? Like how does that happen in pro play?
"For the first time, people all over the world were talking about a russian team"
What happened to the dominant Moscow5 talk? Was that all a dream?
This went so bad that it made me sad for them
i love this for you keep this up sir second w post
Funny how all "the best" female players happen to be rather pretty.
They had a small but very dedicated fanbase, dont think they wouldve if the fanbase wasnt male.
Publicity was the goal all along, wanna bet she cross referenced rank with looks when scouting?
Cuz Id bet my hat she did.
Obviously the end result couldve been better,q but I think she actually accomplished what she set out to do.
They didn't do any team building like going to the gun range, like psyren
smooth transition to the ad
All support mains.. Dear God. 🤦🏼♀️
But if they are all support mains, why cant the bans be all support bans?
Because Riot is a woke sexist company

Diamond League vs Pro Leagues....I would be ashamed if a lower rank (bottom competition) will kill me in the game 😂 it's like a face palm to the pro players, you know....there shall be 2 competition ( due to many players in the game ) macro mages- for those "chinese + 6 extra fingers players " and micro games - for average players
