I think he means Light turns around the moment he is able to act out of landing lag, which is hard to do... I had to rewatch that to see what the hell had happened

Bad matchup maybe ? You cannot challenge Young Link's short hop nair, it has a similar frame data as Fox's and Young Link has just enough range and air mobility to not trade with Fox with fair and up air. Oh and YL's iut of Shield game is insane. It's just a nightmare for Fox
