I would say that Steve actually isn't super strong in Doubles format, so the fact that Zain and Mokey still couldnt pull it off makes this extremely funny to me.
In a 2v1 I agree, since he's pressured so much that it's hard to get mats or even rebuild broken tools. However, with a teammate Steve is absolutely broken.
If it's Steve vs 2 players, then steve should lose. He does have fast and strong moves but he will run out of resources too quickly. If it's 2v2 then ya he's very good.
steve isn't a part of the original ult which is the competitive version of the game. Similarly how Nintendo later released PAL version of Melee that nobody uses to compete on in modern times. Similarly any character that you have to pay money for after the release of ultimate is simply not competitive. I don't know what the ult community decided to do but I assume they play on the original patch using offline mode switch and version control, of course playing whatever version they want at various times depending on the situation, but leaving the competitive games to the original release, just like we did with Melee. I mean I can only assume that Steve isn't an allowed character in competitive, nor any other character made after the release of the game and sold like a little virus into the software for extra money, an ult2.0, then ult3.0 and so on, but ult is just the original ult. Obviously if people want to play for fun and get owned by a vicious steve they can always play ult-Steve-Patch-Addition, but it's not like they are playing "Ultimate", keep in mind they're playing a new game BASED on ultimate called "Ultimate-Steve_Patch_Addition" or Kazuya version, etc. Obviously the truly competitive version would be Ultimate, not 'Ultimate patch number seven edition' or whatever. So Steve isn't infuriating, because it's inherently non-competitive to fight against him because it's not the original game, it's just some other patch or release paid money on top of everything else to use. Endermen on the other hand, ... jk lol, Enderman was not in the original Ult but bro imagine if he was, that's the start of ANY video involving characters created after the game was made and downloaded like little "Oh I wish we had done things differently, maybe in another universe, maybe right now I can load my little packet into your switch and it will add a brand new character hehehehehe" like bro that was NEVER competitive that's just some after thought type of shit.

I love watching fox, I love watching corrin, hell I enjoy watching ROB most of the time, I really love playing this game when my opponent and I are both interacting with the systems the game gives us. Isabelle got swag is why
Cuz he got that dawg in him !
and why did he never do the jab thing
Maybe it came down to her a villager??? Cuz they got the pocket
Moky is actually carrying Zain so hard in these games. The game they won moky took all 3 stocks and Zain took one of moky’s stocks lol

why is your isabelle actually kinda saucy
Onin said Moky hard carried Zain
Every character moky touches has the sauce

moky's isabelle was carrying SO HARD omg 😭
I continue to stand by the fact that Zain is godlike in Melee and absolutely dookie at every other game he touches LMAO.
Honestly it seems true. Also he plays roy like its melee marth when they are nothing alike. He should play lucina or corrin tbh
I mean, you grind enough to become the (arguably) best melee player in the world, you gotta start taking some skill point from other areas lol.
Onin plays like a man possessed in doubles jfc, the neutral and decision making being processed in a 1v2 no less is down right scary at times
Legendary throw at the end tho
"What is he doing to himself, AHHHHH" Real
