How to Make Nashville Hot Chicken

In this video, I will show you how to make delicious, fried Nashville Hot Chicken
Ingredients ( it's fried, so a lot of oil to fry it is without saying)
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
about 4 lbs of bone in chicken with skin
2 c buttermilk
2 c all purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
4 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

I think the chicken pieces I got are way bigger than the ones are used in the video. Can you give me any recommendations to cook them or they'll also cook in 8 min in the fryier?

8-10 minutes is what I usually fry chicken for (enough to make them a golden brown color). Until you feel confident with your frying, test the thickest piece by cutting it to make sure the meat is cooked through and the juices are clear.
