How to Make Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

- In this video, I will show you how to make the great side dish, stuffed portobello mushrooms.
Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 tomato
2 red bell peppers
1 garlic clove
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper 4-6 portobello mushroom (depending on the size) - Навчання та стиль
Fabulous recipe. My friends were thrilled. I used carmelized sweet peppers and onions. Also used a lot of bacon and substituted the mozza cheese for smoked gouda.

Good video, sounds tasty & a must try. Got to ask, what happened to the stem & gills ?? Mine will be chopped in with the mix.
I used the stems (diced) but the gills get tossed.

What alternative if my oven does not have the boiler function? I will like to try this 😍
This is what I found on out google…Your best bet may be to crank up your ovens heat (500), put your rack as high up as it will go, put your dish on a sheet pan or something (to block heat from below) and use the heat reflected from the top of the oven
If you're not a vegetarian, add cooked bacon to your stuffing mixture. Hickory smoked bacon adds so much more flavor to stuffed Portobello mushrooms.

I loved this recipe, a winner, but I chose not to waste perfectly good mushroom parts and placed the stuffing right on top, instead.
Sis, you could have just chopped the stems and added it to the filling.
