I may be killed with comments but before buying creta, I drove s Cross for a while and frankly speaking did not find much difference between baleno and s cross. I got bored after driving a while. May not of my taste. Driving dynamics could have been better.
Last year I was planning for a diesel car in budget of 9 lacs, considering all factors of safety and engine performance with mileage I opted s cross sigma which came at final 9.35 lacs. Also I got accessories of worth 45 thousands from nexa.
If you're someone looking for a Value For Money product, simply choose S-Cross. You may not get a ton of features like in creta which a normal user uses them rarely, you'll enjoy the ride quality, good mid-range performance out on highways, better steering feel and feedback, sturdiness, build quality, more space in the rear, safety, braking capacity and few more. And if you consider the prices...Creta top end be it petrol or diesel is around 18-19L whereas S-Cross Petrol Zeta is around 11.8L and after discounts one can close the deal around 11.4-11.5L, that means you can save around 6L approx, you can invest it for your future car of if you need you can buy one more small hatchback. 11.5L or 18L how much you spend doesn't matter but you can carry only 5 people and it can be used only for one work at a time, instead of you get 2 cars like S-Cross and another hatchback, you can carry 10 people or you can use the 2 cars by 2 individuals for different purposes like one can go shopping and the other to office or like wise.

Hi V3 Cars, thank you for detailed analysis. Where S Cross is winner.... So in overall terms (leaving looks aside due to personal choices) can we assume that S Cross is a better buy among all? I also personally feel the same though
@@ananthsarathchandra9409 bit late buddy 😊 I am a proud owner of one from last one year and thoroughly enjoying it's refinement, robustness, value for money and of course fuel economy in these tough time. This is an intelligent comparison with regard to meaningful features of the two brands. Also, comparison of two variants of same brand is also a fine job. Thanks a lot. I have got a good idea to make my choice.
Scross has better buildquality and safer than all the Hyundai/Kia cars now available in india. Creta/Venue/Seltos/Sonet all are based on K2 platform which is rated as Unstable by Gncap, whereas Scross is built on much better quality chassis of Vitara Brezza, it's structure is rated as Stable. So no doubt about safety Scross is miles ahead.
The so called "ultimate SUV" creta is based on the K2 platform which can be seen in Hyundai i20, Hyundai venue etc. This platform is not designed for large vehicles. S cross is based on the Suzuki Global C platform which is a better engineered platform for this particular category of vehicles. This explains the European feel and safety ratings of S-cross and Brezza. If you feel that a bunch of features and a sunroof is more important than a well engineered car, go for creta.
One of the best presentation seen so far on these cars. I was not able to take decisions on these car. U made it more simpler for me to choose. However I suggest you make same comparisons with these two cars along with Kia Seltos too...thanks
Creta steering is too light, last time I had drove it,it baffled me that it's too light and even feedback is not proper. As a package scross is simple and great. Only issue is ground clearance. Scross with same ground clearance as brezza would be icing on cake. It might not be that difference for younger people, but it would be a struggle for parents.
People who are talking about creta must test drive it. the steering is worst and i never seen such light steering with no feedback. At high speeds you wont feel confident enough on creta and reg breaks part the less said, the better. Scross is good in breaking, steering. Looks wise yeah its not SUV type but enough ground clearance. Good engine for sedate driving Most VFM
There are rumours of scross being discontinued... And no confirmation of an upgraded scross being introduced later this year. Does it make sense to book one at present or wait for an announcement of a newer version of scross?
Now creata E petrol has price of 9.99 and EX is 10.75. Scross has same price and more over now sigma version price at around 8.39 lakhs of which is comparable with creta E . SCross big thumbs up.
That was perfect bro. Raise to the occasion 🤘. May I know what's the difference between the model which is available in India and the one tested which resulted in 5 stars?
In pre facelift version, the front design has horizontal grills. Later, to make looks more appealing, suzuki altered the front design with vertical grills in the facelift version.

This explains the European feel and safety ratings of S-cross and Brezza. If you feel that a bunch of features and a sunroof is more important than a well engineered car, go for creta.
Please bring more compassions like this..these are really helpful 👍👍👍
Now Renault Duster 1.3 Lt Petrol Turbo charged model introduced, please compare with this.
One of the best presentation seen so far on these cars. I was not able to take decisions on these car. U made it more simpler for me to choose. However I suggest you make same comparisons with these two cars along with Kia Seltos too...thanks
As S-cross is no more sold, is it a good idea to buy a used one. Will there be any issues with parts later
Please suggest between Nexon XZ+ and Scross.
Looking for long term and safe car.
Thanks a lot sir....after seeing your video got the actual result ....and now no confusion👍
You make just awesome videos and clear all doubts!
Excellent, systematic, data based and useful comparison..
Heavy steering chaihiye to truck lele bhai
exactly my point..nd felt boot a little less..overall scross is a package
You the only describes exact and unbiased...I am 100% believe your comments because it is completely neutral...thanks.
Happy to watch this. Genuine and informative.
Does it make sense to book one at present or wait for an announcement of a newer version of scross?
v clear and concept basis , point wise clarification more than satisfactory
One of the best comparison videos
Now creata E petrol has price of 9.99 and EX is 10.75. Scross has same price and more over now sigma version price at around 8.39 lakhs of which is comparable with creta E . SCross big thumbs up.
Creta ex or sonet htk+ please compare and which is a better buy
Thank you I was really confused which one to choose 🥺
Hello Sir, l am planing to buy S cross Zeta, please let me know my choice is correct? and any one please let me know the maintenance cost asap
No doubt S cross is better.... In terms of stability too at higher speed...
Your maintenance and depreciation factors looks biased. Resale and maintenance of Maruti is better than any other in India 🇮🇳. But good structured review sir.
Scross zeta variant we have any options like while we driving the car we want to call to some one we can do it
Appreciate your good work, very logical and informative 👍👍
The perfect analysis and Comparison.Perfect video to come to conclusion immediately.
Confused btw S-cross Zeta and Nexon XZ+ pls suggest or do comparison btw both because both same price range in hyderabad
Your table have coloured background, which is not visible, so background must be white, cream or some light color. Analysis is good but table reading time and explanation requires more time.
Will maruti launch bs6 diesel for s-cross? Any news around it?
