I have the original MCT in the camo, like it better than the new MCT. I use the TP4B as my grab and go service and diagnostic! That new bag looks cool but it temps you to add more than you need to carry! Like Shannon, I am 51 and with years of experience I have learned to put tools in my bag that have multiple uses! Shout out to Shannon for the CARLYLE tool from NAPPA! Cutters pliers crimpers and strippers in one! Retired the Milwaukee pliers and strippers and the klein crimper cutters to the spare tool storage! Work smarter not harder! Got no time to be trying to flip back a bag cover and pack it behind a tote handle to get it out of the way! I keep my TESTO probes and clamps in a small padded Pelican case I got from Harbor Freight. If I need them I go get them. Do not need to carry them on every call!
I didn’t think I wanted it since I have the TP-XL I don’t use…but DANG IT! Now I do 😂. I like the pocket set up better on it.
I do like that bag. Similar to my Fieldpiece BG36 like we talked about. The "flap cover" on the FP is far better than the Veto. Much more convenient to open and close.
I’m still waiting on my tp-lc from the promo. I bought the tech-lc on 3-3 and was told might be up to 8 weeks for delivery. Due to the amount of promos. But in the e-mail it’s stated 3 to 5 weeks.
Looks like a good setup !
