Midsummer celebrations of the longest day of the year go back thousands of years to a time when we would build temples in honor of the Sun. Though we don't build these magnificent structures anymore, some of us still worship in our own ways, from lighting bonfires to releasing wreaths to float down the river. Though Summer is just starting, the waning of light is about to begin, but we shall not worry for the warmth will continue to increase in opposition to the creeping darkness.

Back in 2024 to get this one in rotation again (wow, wasn't it just Litha 2023?). The irony here is Summer is my least fave season but this playlist certainly helps me connect and ground, which is part of being a pagan, and this is actually my fave playlist of the SW collection.
