Having recently replayed this, the thing I really appreciated that I didn't catch when I was a kid was how a lot of missions incorporated actual tactics into the why of what was going on. The Silo is probably the best example of it. Dang this game was fun
always bugged me how the hire rate of fire weapons had less stopping power in this game. a hit from any of these guns was going to drop someone, except maybe the m1 carbine. that was notoriously underpowered.
@@Whytheheckmustthisbelong yes it's a carbine size rifle chamber in the 30 caliber pistol round it was put into service for support troops supply ,ect cause all they carry was a 1911 hand gun this gave them a light compact weapon to use to defend themselves even though it was underpower it was better than say having to lug around a full size and heavy M1 Grand in a truck and such

I gave up doing veteran on The Tiger. Too much open ground and not enough smoke grenades. Everything up to that point was hard but doable. Killing that panzer in Stalingrad was also really rough

Martin Axe yeah that’s true but tommy guns are shorter range. The bullet is shorter and heavier.
