I have always played 12’s on Electric - to be fair it makes the switch to Acoustic much more doable especially on this song. But this mad lad has a whole different galaxy of difficulty to play with
Also the strings of an acoustic being much harder, its also a matter of how callused your fingers are. If you are playing almost exclusively electric you wont have calluses as evolved as when you play acoustic hence when you then pick up an acoustic it hurts the fingers more quickly and your fingers wont have as much strength as an acoustic player
honestly percussion doesnt blow my mind as much as added bass notes in solo parts. i could imagine i makes fingering way trickier than without bass notes

The most impressive part of this is how beautifully you arranged the slower, middle parts, and really bringing out the essential parts of every instrument, including the drums. I'd assume most people would be like "alright time to take a break and make this simple", and while the technical part is much simpler than the opening riff, the arranging you did withe percussive sounds and filling in the bass is spectacular. Amazing!

If anyone is wondering what harmonics he hit 1:28, I’ve been trying to recreate it and I’m thinking it’s 12th fret harmonic on g , 5th fret harmonic on g back to 12 fret harmonic on g then low e 12 fret harmonic followed by high e 12th fret harmonic then 12 fret a harmonic then 14 fret a and to end it 12th fret b harmonic, I hope that helps , all I know is those are the notes although I can’t promise it’s what he plays right here, just sounds very close

My guy this is awesome! Take some serious pride in a groovy and technical feat that is this dope track. Love the percussive elements, love the way you managed to weave many of the song's layered elements into a single guitar, love the techniques used. This is exactly the kind of style I love to do just way the hell better. Normally I get depressed and demotivated when seeing people be so incredible but this honestly was just too dope to not rock out to. Hard work well spent.

If anyone is wondering what harmonics he hit 1:28, I’ve been trying to recreate it and I’m thinking it’s 12th fret harmonic on g , 5th fret harmonic on g back to 12 fret harmonic on g then low e 12 fret harmonic followed by high e 12th fret harmonic then 12 fret a harmonic then 14 fret a and to end it 12th fret b harmonic, I hope that helps , all I know is those are the notes although I can’t promise it’s what he plays right here, just sounds very close
