Also the fact that he said he loved Amber a lot that she was sweet and respectful towards him, that they were friends and had a good relationship makes him look neutral. I like that he said nice things about her bc it shows that he isn’t just blindly defending Johnny, she was good to him too. He’s just saying what he saw and experienced, that makes him that much reliable in my opinion.

He also ran that defense attorney during the cross exam hard. They couldn’t cut him off because it would look bad on them and he wasn’t falling into answering purely one word yes or no answers. Cross you “box” the witness in with yes or no’s while walking them to a checkmate. They didn’t do that with him but there wasn’t much here to do for them. Not their fault.

@@heenanyou have you ever been questioned by lawyers? He is not hard of hearing, he’s making sure they ask the question based on if the judge overrules or sustains. He wants to be absolutely SURE that he is answering the exact question The Exact way they frame it.
Lawyers love to trip people up based on a question that *sounds* the same, but isn’t; to erode the character of the witness and their testimony.
He is being Clear on the exact question, so the truth is what is presented based on the actual question asked. So They can’t go assassinating the witness’s character by slipping them up, so therefore, “catching them in a lie” (or confusing them all around to make them seem like liars).

She was hoping he would go down the rabbit hole with all her what she was wearing questions, if he had "remembered" all those pointless details that nobody would ever remember 6 years after the fact, she could've convinced the jury he was simply making things up to help his buddy. And exposed a very important point... Amica cream.
If you used something all the time you would know EXACTLY what it's called. You would tell your attorney's what that item is called, you would correct your attorney's if they were using the wrong name over and over and over for multiple days.
Isaac proved the whole Amica cream to cover up bruises narrative is false... B/c it's not called Amica cream, it's called Arnica Cream.
Now, if you just Googled something that covers up bruises Arnica cream comes up. If you are using a laptop, tablet or phone..something with a smaller screen it's very easy to mistake rn and m. They appear very similar.
Amber was writing little notes on post-it's nonstop and giving them to her lawyers and also talking with her lawyers a lot.. and she never, not once ever corrected her lawyers calling the cream she allegedly used all the time by the wrong name(plus the only way her lawyers would know she used that cream is if she herself told them the name of it). Amber obviously never used Arnica cream and most likely just looked it up online and saw a tube of it and mixed up the rn for m.
I've seen people talking about the make-up kit her lawyer held up not coming out til 2017, after the divorce but I haven't seen people talking about the Amica issue. I was hoping Depp's team would bring it up at some point but never did, I even posted several times to his legal teams social medias but I guess they never saw it b/c I think that was an extremely telling misstep by Heard's team. The make-up kit coming out 2017 combined with the Amica cream screw-up could've raised some jurors eyebrows.

Science knows for a fact that eye witness can be notoriously unreliable. Painters should not be given any more credit than anybody else on a court trial. He's quite confident about what he's saying but you can't tell from that that it must be true. It has been shown that people are very convinced of factually wrong stuff. That's simply because our brain works like that. It fills the gaps afterwards with stuff that seems to make sense. Again, I'm not saying that he isn't correct. Just that he could be.
