I'll never watch an Amber film again. The Amber star lost her dazzle. It's a true shame. (Makes me appreciate my loving marriage of 33 years even more. Shows that money and fame certainly is not the key to lasting true love; if anything, quite possibly detrimental-- at least challenging.

So according to Amber’s team, Johnny depp slamming cabinets is domestic violence but Amber screaming & throwing objects at Johnny isn’t really violence. Ok girl. The state of California says differently. Thank you, Mr. Bett.

Yes another sign of a true narcissist. Manipulation and creative truth are part of their MO. Obviously it was a very toxic relationship, however, it appears that JD was using substances to try and deal with the damage caused by his mother and consequently, the likeness of his mother in AH. He isn’t denying his flaws , but AH is like a true Narcissist, is and has used his vulnerability against him in order to twist things so she appears as the victim.

Watching and listening to the case, all Ive heard so far is how amazing Johnny has been in helping others and letting them live with him in his penthouses. Everyone that knew him had nothing bad to say about him. Yet you literally heard on tape of Amber saying she hits him (proof), as well as how she smashed a cigar in his face, and intentionally severely injured his finger with a liquor bottle. Amber former assistance also talks about how bad she treated her by spitting in her face for asking for a raise and how she treats her sister like a dog.
Anyone watching and listening to the case with 1/10 of a brain knows Amber is the problem. Her attorneys have absolutely nothing on Johnny and only proceed to talk about his involvement in alcohols.

The more I watch this trial, the more I see Depp in a better light. By no means is he perfect but at the very least it seems he's always treated the people around him with respect and that's going a long way now. I've read a lot from people who've met him to people who've worked with him say nothing but good things about him. These lawyers are trying to play abusive alcoholic/drug addict card but it's not working because addiction doesn't necessarily make you a bad person. I don't think Johnny Depp is a bad person, but this trial is showing he's been through a lot and he cops with booze, a lot of people do. Hope he gets his justice because this isn't something he should be going through in the first place. He's done nothing but help his loved ones and to be betrayed the way he has is the true crime here. We stand with you, Johnny ❤️

The plan of defense, and its common in family law in my state, is to humiliate the other party with private details of the fiolables we all have. Eventually, people want out. They agree to see less of their kids, or pay their ex more in alimony. Its blackmail and extortion. THis should be fixed. The lawyers that use this tactic I think are the lowest of the low.

Right? I'm pretty sure everyone considers throwing an item in anger is an act of violence. If u toss a cup at someone joking around it's not violence. If u do it in anger it is. The intent matters far more than what u threw. Throwing anything in anger is violence. It doesn't have to be an item that can cause physical injury. It's causes an emotional injury. My ex threw stuff at me in anger. It was so degrading when he did it. I felt like a stray dog on the side of the road when he threw stuff at me.

However, opiate users tend to have a higher tolerance for alcohol because they can't feel the effects until it's too late. And as you pointed out, ones reaction is also based on their tolerance level, genes, bill of health, how much they had to eat, amount of opiates in their system, type/percentage of alcohol, brain function, personality type ...the list goes on and on. The outcome is different for everyone. Witnesses are not allowed to speak on things other people told them. Instead, the person who told them that thing needs to be brought to court and cross examined. The idea is that, evidence/testimony that cannot be cross examined cannot be brought into court, unless it is authenticated or meets an exception to the hearsay rule.
