- My brother came down for the weekend and I wanted to put him on some hybrid / wiper. Forgot my battery pack to the camera, so made due with the 1 battery. Started filming when we found some hybrid bass. Had a decent topwater morning bite for largemouth and smallmouth. Around 10AM temperatures started rising, so we decided to troll for some hybrids. Finding the bass using the Garmin EchoMap 93sv UHD with the GT56UHD Marine Transducer.

Cool! I been slaying them in that exact cove all summer. We call it shipwreck cove. A guide uses it about every other morning for hybrids. That area is fire 🔥
Morning largemouth/smallmouth top water has been good near it too. Just love the fight of those nice hybrids.
@@4MarlerFishing yeah nothing better than having a blast catching several whites in a row than having a hybrid get on. I can always tell immediately it’s a hybrid because they fight so much harder.
Where is it exactly? I have only been to Belton twice. Launch at Temple lake park and fish south side of the park.
@@GODSARMY333 we launch across from tlp at westcliff. This was the first cove to the right coming out of westcliff.
