Thanks for sharing Steve. Your hard work paid off and what a difference a year makes. Using skipjack, what memories. My Dad swore by skipjack as his #1 catfish bait and it never failed him. Again, looking good and looking happy. Rock on Sir.
Glad to see your dealing with health issues, none of us can out run father time. Keep doing what you are doing and thank you so much for your videos sir!!
Your products are awesome I know the guy that makes a few things for you from Kentucky and he says your such a good person to work with thanks for all your tips over the years
Love it! I’ve been fishing Giant live bait for 35lb + Stripers for 40+ years, it’s been a great big fish secret until the youngsters started you tubing it 10 years ago. But it’s still a fun way to fish and definitely will work your gear. Great job guys
Just got my new monster rod holders. Insanely fast shipping. Ordered on Sunday night and had them on the boat by Wednesday. Thanks for the great rod holders.
I can vouch for Capt Scott and Brycen. Caught my PB flathead with brycen last year. Great time slamming cats and they do well on stripers too. Great video.
We used to do this at the Denison dam back in the 80s. Would fish for the skipjackswith a small rod. Catch a skipjack, hook him through the head below about a 2oz weight. on a surf pole rig and throw him right back out int the current. It worked really well.
I’ve been slammed twice on live Pike Minnow aka squawfish or splittail in the Sacramento River. My friends like throwing lures but I’m into lazy fishing.
this isn't real fishing. you're just letting a fish swim until it gets eaten, with you controlling where it can go. try some lures and learn some technique.

What’s your favorite way to fish lakes ? Anchor fish cut bait live bait troll?
@@beachbuster9716 I don’t lake fish for stripers with live bait! Only in tidal water! But Lakers coming up at dusk are fun to Top water plug.

When the man says come to work that means be early and be ready early. Dont expect no rest until the ramp.
awesome 👌🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏👏
I want a Monster rod, but there out of stock.
very nice Steve. You have lost weight.
Using live skipjack fishing for striper is how I caught my pb flathead of 75.2 lbs
They showed this technique on in fisherman.
While fishing at wolf creek dam. I had a guy tell me my 8" gizzard shad was to big of a bait. And boom I hooked a 20lb stripper
Did you mean a 200lb stripper? She had a big appetite lol
Small fish for that size bait.
Very nice fish but the Boss thing would drive me crazy
Tell your captain buddy there to get a pair of long-nose pliers and at least try to take those hooks out. Good fishing none the less.
Manganese for weight loss
His idea of trophy striper and a trophy are different
Sorry, not trying to be rude but I'm an English teacher and you spelled "intense" incorrectly.
Lol
small striper, ate a big bait
We don’t cutting the line to let the fish go it’s will die
Intence? An indictment on the American education system.
