I fish from an inflatable dingy and am pretty new to ocean fishing. I fear sharks - do you think or have you had sharks try to eat fish on a stringer? I was thinking the shark may bite my boat.
I havent had sharks try to eat the stringer, but I wouldn't put it past them. I would get a kill bag and other than that the sharks shouldnt bother you unless you catch one
Awesome fish, swimbait out fished the live bait! can i be cheeky and ask where you launch from? I recognize most of your launch spots but not that one. 👍👍👍
Such a great time and nice commentary:)! Be careful of those great whites, best wishes & tight lines Ilan!

Damn boy wish I was this good at fishing or had as many spots as you!
Its all practice and time on the water!
Nice calm sunny day and a super nice catch. You were correctly fishing for octopuses; not octopi!. It's not a Latin word!?
Yep! Octopi may sound better, but octopuses is correct

Pretty sure I can't because I caught it using a rod
@@FishermansChronicles but on a crab snare they use rod and reel… I know you can’t with lobster so maybe also with crab
@@addicted2fishing119 I think the rule is you can't take them with hook and line
