Mate your bail arm bearing is cooked 💯. Easy way to tell is wind your reel with no weight on the line. If it doesn't make that hissing sound its the bail arm bearing.
Those fish that you are calling baby snapper are a reef fish called iodine bream, really good flesh baits for bigger reef fish but arent very good on the table, apparently they taste like iodine hence the name. hope that helped
Yep iodine bream, aka collared sea perch or baldy bream. Good flesh bait. You can eat them if not reeking of iodine and one species away from a Jap sea bream or a Robinsons sea bream which are excellent eating.
Get ya rod out! Yeah the boys!😂
Apparently those grinners are in plague proportions around Brisbane atm, looks like what you got at the end but that one was pretty huge!
Great episode, what is your jigging set up ?

Back to basics? A 100k worth of boat and gear fishing 30km offshore is basic??
@@Tazzyboy-ul2hm haha, I’ll take the compliment. Bait fishing is what I was referring to. Fishings most basic form, let’s be honest!
