You are right. But how long can I stay away from all sugars? I get flare ups when I start back to consume sugars, in any form. I guess I hve to invest in a sugar alternative that's healthy. Great message 👍🏽
@@amiraawad3051 half apple cider vinegar. Half Water and shake it good. I started off using a small sponge but now I wet my face and supply the ACV from a bowl w my fingers and massage it in.

i was on sugar detox for 3 months it didn't helped me with sd

I was saying the same thing but I was told I might be one that was not organic or maybe using too much. Maybe we have the same issue.
Use organic MCT oil instead of regular coconut oil.
