    This is probably the best explanation and simple way of showing us.
    I thought my seborrheic dermatitis would go after awhile. I certainly didnt realise I'd have it for life do all this information was really useful

    How long do you keep the oil on scalp before washing hairs?

    In college I used to prepoo with coconut oil and tea tree. Not knowing it was helping my SD

    What do you use as far as a daily leave in conditioner? I still want my hair to feel moisturized without shampoo and conditioner everyday.

    Scalp eczema & sd I noticed I cnt use edge control
    I can only use gel to slick hair 4c type short
    I oil with herbal oils before and after washing
    Now I’ll work on my dietary intake

      You are right. But how long can I stay away from all sugars? I get flare ups when I start back to consume sugars, in any form. I guess I hve to invest in a sugar alternative that's healthy. Great message 👍🏽

      @@amiraawad3051 half apple cider vinegar. Half Water and shake it good. I started off using a small sponge but now I wet my face and supply the ACV from a bowl w my fingers and massage it in.

      Use organic MCT oil instead of regular coconut oil.
