Super impressive pantry. That takes so much work! And the bread pan is a great idea.

Very bright for storing your food, should be kept dark and cool like 40-50 degrees. Flour and oats in tubs 😮wow I keep mine in buckets with sealed lids. Long as you don't have to deal with bugs and you go through those quick enough you should be ok. Lovely to see your goods on shelves but wow one good shake and bang all that glass on the floor. Need to put lips on those rails to keep the glass from flying. I seen it done with just simple molding all the way around that type of shelving. Just something to keep in mind. 😊

As mentioned in the video , our basement isn’t in any condition to be storing food at this time. We don’t have earth quakes here and there are lips on the shelves 🙂

Loved the pantry tour. We thought that bread pan was really interesting. How about doing a demonstration video on how you use that pan?

You could make a cinnamon roll with the blueberry jam! Cowboy candy is great on burgers in place of a relish. Applesauce bread, muffins, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and in oatmeal.

If you add vinegar to your canner, it will keep some of the dust and yucky stuff off your jars

Yes, I do that! Our water is just that hard that it makes them look that way , unfortunately.

Nice pantry tour. Try adding ground cayenne pepper to your cowboy candy. It’s very spicy, too spicy for me. Lol

When you make stock, do you freeze it once in a jar? I do to be on the safe side. I am never confident in my canning. That is why I stopped making my own pickles etc..
