Thanks for this video. I need reminding. I used to breathe so shallow. 🙏🏼

Thank you! 💖 I actually heard about this technique before, but never tried it till now. It wasn't hard to do at all! I am going to incorporate it maybe even daily:)

Hello and thank you very much for your videos.
I just found your channel today.
I have one question left: in the beginning you said something about reverse breathing. Is this another breathing technique or was I supposed to combine the reverse breathing with the nostril breathing technique?
    Thank you so much ❤️

You are welcome! Thank you for this question as I think it will help others as well. Reverse breathing is the opposite of how humans are naturally meant to breathe. We are designed to fill up the belly on the inhale and soften the belly on the exhale. This will help to activate the parasymphathetic nervous system (rest & digest). In Alternate nostril breathing, we use natural breathing to also balance the hemipheres of the brain.
Please note: reverse breathing can be a breath technique however it's purpose is to activate the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) which can be effective for stimulating a person's brain function. However, this needs to be done in a controlled manner otherwise it can be overstimulating for people who may already be stressed and in fight or flight mode.
I hope I explained this well. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to clarify.
Blessings to you and thank you for breathing with me❤️🙏
