I bought the large version a couple months back, it's overkill for most situations. I would've been just fine with the smaller variant, even my LFS's uses the small one. Still the best investment outside of my reef system so far.

Love BRS to find out what's in, hip and to check prices! I hate that BRS price gouges $10 to $11 per item cause I then have to go somewhere else to actually make the purchase🍻

Best investment you can make. It'll make it back in no time if you have a good amount of coral to frag.

Hello, can i ask what's the difference between c-40 and 40-cr model ?
    Are they the same ?

The C-40 is the smaller version. The 40-CR is larger. We have the CR listed as the Gryphon XL on our website

Jen is currently focusing on her store, New Wave Aquaria, and isn't making BRStv videos at the moment.

The price of these went up from $395 to over $500?! Why? This whole inflation thing companies are doing is getting insane! I'm getting sick thinking about how companies just raise the price and don't care. It's all about money right? Screw everyone else. Money money money. And that is only 6 months ago!

Unfortunately, the cost to make the products is going up right now, which is why we're seeing so many price increases across nearly all brand and industries.
