For those who are saying this is just garden shears, no they are not. The blades are coated with anti-corrosion coating, the nut and bolt is made out of 304 stainless steel and the spring is 316L stainless steel.
I challenge any of you to use a regular garden shears on your marine tank and have them not completely rusted and jammed in a few days.

how ridiculous must you be to purchase a garden shear but pay triple the price for the same thing. This also goes for glue, go purchase Gorilla Gel Glue as opposed to over-priced reef glue. same thing, the same exact chemical ingredients.

Hasn't got serrated blades so pretty useless/poor re-tooling for cutting up hard corals. If you going to bring out something meant specifically for coral fragging don't just repurpose something else, actually put some effort into it and make it fit for purpose......
