Today we went to a mansion that is located in Portland Maine. It was called the Morse Libby Mansion, and it has been converted into a museum were you can get tours of building. It is an amazing representation of the Victorian era. Enjoy the video, and feel free to comment, share, like or subscribe!

One thing the victorians knew how to do was make a house dark!

They keep the light levels low so as to keep the original fabrics from fading.

Aside from the beauty and historic factor of these great mansions I always imagine them being haunted as shit
Toured it today (7/15/23). One of the nicest historic homes l have seen. I find it amazing that it didn't get chopped ip into apartments.
My husband and daughter were randomly walking through the streets of Portland, Maine when they passed this mansion. He has the third eye and was so bothered by it even before he completely saw the structure. He couldn’t even walk on the same sidewalk. He swears the 3rd floor has such negative energy it made him sick even just walking past it. I just so happened to buy tickets for the house tour through Groupon before landing in Portland, Maine. First time my husband flat out got so mad at me for wanting to bring in our daughter to see it. He has never done that before. He refused to even stay on the same street while I went in for the tour.

The house was sited where it is because of availability of municipal sewer and gas for lighting.

How do you lose a house to foreclosure if it's paid for?
