Chronophage Is A Massive Miss - Legendary Trace Rifles Need A Ton Of Help
Вставка
- Опубліковано 27 вер 2024
- I was excited to try Chronophage, but the end of reviewing it couldn't come soon enough. I see no reason to craft it or use it until they are addressed. Everything it does can be done by primary ammo weapons more efficiently, and the special ammo used is WAY more beneficial to actual special weapons. Keep it until they are buffed.

soooo am i crazy for that take?
lets answer that question with another;
"Is it time to bump Trace Rifles down to BECOME a Primary weapon proper?"
100% agree they need some help
Honestly it sounds like Bungie needs to give these weapons an identity and the weird thing is the new auto rifle frame might be the right path to update them. Make it so these weapons are true elemental weapons stasis slows solar scorches arc jolts after so many hits void applies weaken strand severes just because they are those elements would it nuke some good rolls yes would they need to fix some of the exotics yes looking at you Prometheus lens but these need to be more than special ammo auto rifles and this is the roll the exotics fill already these need to join them
Imo specials as a whole in pve need DRASTIC buffs and rebalances. Bungie claims snipers can't do crazy damage because they're "safe", shotguns only get mentioned for one two punch interactions and noone even talks about trench barrel anymore seriously outside of fringe cases like legend of acrius in very specific scenarios, fusions have been solved with overflow perk + controlled burst, and all the unique special weapons like the special linears and eriana's vow have all been nerfed in pve or just powercrept by the next best option. These weapons were already in a bad spot when bungie started relying on the artifact to boost unused stuff for a season but now rocket sidearms can do EVERYTHING but boss dps so the other specials have been further shoved into a locker. Even as someone who perfers double primary because I can't rely on blueberries to actually deal with champions in ANY level of content regardless of what the post says even I can see the hype behind the special sidearms even though I hate the way they fire. Not trying to play armchair dev here but what does the balance team even do in between midseason and beginning of season patches? because the severe lack of balance in PvE and Crucible really makes me question if there's even still a balancing team and its been that way for a while.
No, you went too soft on them. Trace rifles have worse dps against adds than 2 burst pulses. Worse dps than another primary. That’s absurd 😂
Trace rifles should honestly get rid of ammo consumption and make them have an overheat functionality. Would make them so much more useable as a primary weapon
Even as 100% primary ammo, they wouldn't get too far even then.
I liked this comment then I remembered just how garbage the focus rifle was in reach lol
@@ShadowNemesis575But that rifle from reach was fun as hell. You could literally beam people across the map with that thing.
maybe a new frame? aggro frame, never needing to reload, but overheats and pressing r vents it
I like this suggestion
rocket sidearms completely replaced trace rifles at their own role, and now that every primary weapon excepts smgs and bows have been buffed numerous times is why traces fell off
Yeah it’s boring. Why use anything else besides a rocket side arm anyways.
Traces are still used for solo and speedrun content for tagging multiple things in rapid succession in challenging content like votd 1st and 2nd encounter
@@StrawberrySinjuyup same with the spire of the watcher mechanic in speedruns. They really need to double their damage or something to even make people consider using them in higher end content
@@gengarclefairy3475 yeah but too much damage and they'll all be like microcosm
Traces had less use even before the rocket sidearm unless it’s a Divinity and/or Cenotaph build
My thoughts when thinking about traces. There’s rocket sidearms, there’s wave frame, there’s choir of one. Guess I’m not using a trace
Unless they fully take on the role of a primary weapon, there's unfortunately no reason to use it and suck up special ammo that can go to wave frames or rocket side arms
I feel like trace rifles need to have intrinsic target lock for as bad as they are at killing anything that takes more than 10 shots to kill
Trace rifles need a really substantial damage buff, because unless you're using agers scepter, there's no point otherwise
Honestly, I think they should go the route of removing trace rifles having the ability to crit, make their bodyshot damage into what their crit damage is now, and give them all a passive that they deal more damage over time the longer the trigger is held (think Target Lock but doesn't require a combatant).
This would help differentiate them from rocket sidearms in two key ways:
1. It would make them much more into spray-and-play weapons to differentiate playstyles instead of the "Look at a guy, shoot his face, repeat" that rocket sidearms (and many other guns) use
2. It would give them a niche of "I add clear okay but I hard beam single targets" to contrast rocket sidearms "I have godly add clear but single target damage is just okay"
well said-this right here
Ugh rocket side arms have amazing single target damage not just good add clear
I still think having a non-exotic trace rifle is good for doing something like a Cenotaph and Microcosm build. But like you said, these things need help. It feels like ever since Retraced Path came out, these non-exotic traces have been in a sort of identity crisis. I agree with what you said here. Something needs to be done with them. I don't know what, though. Maybe introduce more frame types? Like, aggressive frames and all that? Worked for machine guns and glaives.
I wouldn't be surprised if Microcosm was a test run for aggressive frame traces, could definitely be interesting lol
it did not work for glaives, lets not lie to ourselves
I think the trace itself *compared to other trace* is nice but as said, trace rifles in general needs a bit more.
What if trace rifles just had built in-target lock? Not the exact same but a ramping damage for either how long you stay on a target or for how long you hold down to stream.
Compared to other traces it’s still not all that. It’s not even the best void trace because Hollow denial has lead from gold which is a must when using a trace.
i think they should give trace rifles a supped up version of target lock (or give them all Coldheart's damage perk) and then change them from a reloading weapon to an overheat style weapon: your entire reserves are at your disposal but if you shoot more than say 60 rounds without at decent (0.25-1sec) break, you are faced with the slower reload animation.
another idea is to give trace rifles some kind of innate AoE: like chaining to a few nearby enemies, or the laser pierces though enemies
Best thing about trace rifle is to lower HP to finisher range safely and easily since you have so much control over damage output. Great with felwinter helm. Repulsor demo is my combo
I full crafted a Chronophage with Destabilizing/Repulsor and ran it on my Gyrfalcons build. Immediately replaced it with an Elsie's Rifle.
Elsie's Rifle (and many other primaries) just beat out Chronophage in terms of killing red bars, and I don't have to worry about ammo economy.
I feel like trace rifles need their own specific perk. Fusions have backup plan and kickstart, shotguns have one two punch and trench barrel, even rocket sidearms have beacon rounds. Trace rifles just need something that makes them feel like a different weapon from autos, cause right now they have almost the same perk pools as each other.
I think it’s awesome that 99% of primaries out dps traces, which take special ammo. And then in pvp, they’re a primary weapon that you can barely ever use, is hard to use, and when you can, it gets out ttk’d by a PRIMARY weapon
I see really 3 options for Bungie when it comes to Trace rifles:
- Buff their Red-Bar minor DPS substantially (like 40%)
- Buff major DPS by a good bit (like 30-40%)
- Make them primary weapons and slightly tone down their DPS and PvP TTK.
They’re better than most primaries (exotics, heavy burst pulses, and some sidearms have better or comparable DPS) but they’re so far behind other add-clear special weapons.
I’d also love to see new archetypes. Maybe by adjusting their effective range and handling to compensate for a higher or lower DPS?
Legendary traces feel like "Opportunity Cost, The Gun." They're normally fine, but what you're giving up to run them is almost always better.
In season of the Wish I made a double Special build with Cenotaph Rocket side arm trace rifle. I was using that stasis trace and with overflow it was pretty ok. I didn't even run an ammo finder and I never had much of an issue keeping ammo up. However, I used the build for like two weeks then got stick of it
I've got Chronophage for a very specific build. I have an exotic class item of Inmost Light/Harmony. I'm running Imminence in my primary and so both weapons are giving ability energy, plus facet of Bravery means everything dies quickly by being volatile or unraveled.
It's a lot of fun but once Bungie gives us a void special sidearm, this'll be replaced immediately!
One thing Bungie could do to make all legendary trace rifles better is give them volatile rounds/incandescent/volt shot/headstone/hatchling INTRINSICALLY. They're meant to be better ad clear than a primary so make it worth the special slot over the primaries you mentioned.
I love this as a double special shoot to loot alternatives, the only missing one for the trinity on the energy slot
Traces powercrept by rocket sidearms, and now Choir of One
Everyone using rocket sidearms now
I love trace rifles but can’t bring myself to use them. ager’s scepter is my favorite gun in destiny, but I’ll be spending half the game finishing enemies for special ammo rather than just using my gun. also between mod changes and buff stack changes, mantle+agers got gutted completely. bungo plz buff traces
I wanted to get it badly bc I run bravery and bc I figured that desperate measures is really good before most ppl did. When I tried it tho, it was barely any better than a pulse dmg wise but it's easy to run out of ammo without special finisher. When you check archetype table from aegis, it all starts to make sense. It's barely any more dmg than a pulse, way less total dmg than a special sidearm. No need to use it
Incisor with tap trigger is kinda fun, but that's about it.
Chronophage is just a replacement to the season of the haunted one which only has repulsor brace.
Honestly, i love trace rifles, and my go to perks are subsistence+elemental explosion. This was a miss because it didnt have subsistence
I think the answer to trace rifles is actually just a free perk based upon its damage type; sustained damage applied (Keyword) Arc Jolts, Void destabilizes, Solar scorches, but also ignites if killing a scorched target, Strand Severe's but Stasis can't slow that's OP maybe always makes a crystal on kill rather than headstone? Kills make shards? Kills make over shields?
Or maybe the buff all trace rifles need is free special ammo on matching elemental pickup.
Yeah everything needs to be brought up to par with rocket sidearms. Fusions and traces don't have much use anymore
It's a huge shame because I thought a vex trace was really cool. I feel the only legendary traces I use are the Seraph one(for instant voltshot) and the focus rifle because it's a reference to Halo Reaches focus rifle.
Love you CG for being honest
I've got the best rolls on the best adept trace rifles. I've tried to use them in a wide variety of solo and fire team content. They just never do anything better than another option.
IMHO, they need an intrinsic trait that sets them apart and makes them either more widely usable, or a niche superstar.
Kinda reminds me of the lightweight bow/180 HC/etc problem.
Traces shouldn't become primaries, they fit the special ammo niche, but just need some love. A solid dmg increase with an extra bonus to minor damage and they could be in a really solid spot.
Each special type has their own quirks. Shotguns and fusions can provide solid single target output, snipers add range to that equation. Grenade launchers provide support from blinding and single shot chunk damage, or rapid group clear with wave frames. Glaives could use a buff but they serve the purpose of providing a shield, melee bonuses, and alright single target dmg, they're sort of an all rounder. Special sidearms are an outlier, they ad clear really well and can chunk majors without issue alongside near limitless ammo. That leaves trace rifles having nothing to offer another special can't outclass. They're suppose to be a weapon focused on consistent ad clear, but still strong enough to handle a major, however, they fall flat due to lacking dmg and ammo economy because of it.
Yeah I’m pretty much not using a trace at all unless it’s Ager’s. Which reminds me I need to try that out while creeping chill is still in the artifact…
I haven't used a trace rifle since cold hard with pre nerfed rally barricade cookin robo calus in year 1
Does shoot to loot combo with the volatile explosions like it does with Kinetic Tremors?
in theory. Have not tested that though.
They made a heavy trace rifle so why not a primary one as well? Wouldn’t necessarily fix this one but for the future and least then we would have unlimited ammo on them. If not just give them a bigger damage buff to make them better at add clear or against yellow bars
SMGs probably need just as much help
hot take maybe; but give the people double special on purpose. Make traces an obvious choice for it with reserve bumps or change how they activate finder perks, something, anything. I loved hollow denial, shame to see this one just doesn't fit
Pve damage buff for trace rifles is long overdue
Even with the exotic traces, I can't find any reason to not just use an auto rifle instead. It feels like regular autos do more dmg.
Bungie seriousness needs to work on their weapon variety. We absolutely did not need another void trace rifle. What we DID need was a strand trace rifle not locked behind hell.
Gonna have to be more specific. Which one
@@tbcomics7515 the Strand trace? Incisor. It's a Trials weapon.
@@patrickoakley7890 I don't think you understand what I said. Was he talking about the navigator or the trials one. Both are locked and the way to get them are painful
Honestly m the whole special ammo changes for crucible basically killed almost every not shotgun sniper and fusion special for pvp. It was fine how it was tbh but that’s neither here nor there
I hope they buff tracerifles in pve to be like special ammo machine guns, and maybe MGs to do a lil bit more boss damage to make them viable for that again, not meta defining but still would be nice, tracerifles could get some of that too perhaps
its a great weapon i use it all the time........when i do speed runs on orbs in Root of nigthmares. i want to us the weapon but similar to you, i wont waste my energy slot on this with so many excellent choices avaliable.
There are a lot of bad weapons currently: Smgs, Auto rifles, Sidearms, Scout rifles, Bows, Trace rifles, Special Gls, Glaives, Swords, and Linears
True. Also pulse rifles, rockets, heavy gls, shotguns, and machine guns.
Basically every weapon in the game is bad.
The only one I like is my path of least resistance with subsistence and OFA
Have you seen legoflash's video on this weapon?
Only use case for Destabilizing right now is with Controlled Demolition on Sentinel. In fact, that single Aspect is the sole reason why I think Destabilizing hasn’t been buffed, as that Aspect can be pretty busted with dense crowds of adds.
As for Chronophage itself, I personally like Trace Rifles, as they’re good for getting adds to finisher range for Special Finisher, unlike Rocket Sidearms. It was the same with Appetence in Season of the Wish, as I use it in a double special Osmiomancy Shadebinder build. With Chronophage, the use case is with either Controlled Demolition Sentinel, or with Gyrfalcon Hunter as a replacement to Wavesplitter for more versatility.
Generally, I think Bungie currently doesn’t know what place double special loadouts have in the game right now, since there was a lot of feedback about how double special was just dominating PvE with the heavy ammo bug, and primaries just hitting like wet noodles in comparison, and Trace Rifles are more or less included in that because they’re really only meant to be used as a QoL primary and nothing more atm. If Bungie is fine with Rocket Sidearms in their current state, then I think Trace Rifles’ damage should be buffed to that same extent based on the fact that they use the same type of ammo and occupy much of the same niche.
Bungie is afraid of trace rifles and glaives.
Trace rifles just need to be moved back to being primary weapons, with a couple exceptions like Agers staying special since it’s and exotic and extremely unique. I doubt that would even move the needle enough.
What would happen to every other special weapon in the game when you can fire a trace rifle forever and never worry about ammo?
@@jojopojo9516 not much since trace rifles fucking suck in their current form. They barely edge out primary weapons in DPS and have an absolute terrible damage to ammo ratio. They have bad damage, bad ammo economy, and have no real identity compared to other special weapons. Special sidearms have excellent add clear, fusions and shotguns have excellent singe target damage, snipers are in a great spot atm, with excellent precision damage from safety. Traces have poor ad clear, poor ammo economy, poor DPS, and have no clear identity outside of the exotics. Which with the exception of navigator, Agers and Prometheus have the same problems as the legendaries.
Trace Rifles for me are the most uninteresting guns in the game. Lazer tag weekend with Pro was super fun. That’s it.
I don’t know what to comment, so, I love you.
honestly, ive thought trace rifles should be primary weapons since forsaken. most just arent good
Love chronophage!
They just need to make trace rifles primary weapons
Idk, most Trace Rifles especially crafted ones just ain’t it. Maybe I’ll whip out the Wavesplitter or Acasia’s Dejection once in a blue moon but other than those I gotta use a shotgun, hard hitting sniper, fusion, wave frame gl, or rocket sidearm and no other special really
Wait, Destabilising rounds has a cooldown? That's complete BS! You can spam Incandescent all you want. Why should the Void equivalent be any different? And 3 seconds, no less 🙄
As someone who has both a Hollow Denial and Chronophage on my setups, this trace rifle has two paths you can go to make it good for add-clear, do decent damage and buff your kit (whether for Void/Prismatic setups) or as a double-special primary option. The second option, I think, competes with exotic trace rifles in terms of damage and utility for GMs and harder content.
The first, and unique, option is Repulsor Brace + Demolitionist, which the only reason I would stress this combination over Destablizing Rounds is that grenade kills on Void/Prismatic can give you volatile rounds on hit, and getting tons of kills refund your grenade energy, making it far more consistent. The other, and what I use for GMs/Master content, is Shoot to Loot / High Ground because you can easily activate 25% for the full mag on hit and on kills, and the Shoot to Loot Radiolaria explosions come in handy for keeping ammo topped up.
The other "best in slot" trace rifle option for a similar purpose is Retraced Path for Adaptive Munititions and a damage perk (I go with Frenzy for constant damage,) but I do agree these weapons need something to warrant using them like the weapons providing intrinsic pre-nerfed Deconstruct and/or Subsistence, which is what Shoot to Loot feels like on Chronophage.
Trace rifles should take primary ammo
ofc they need 1 a massive buff or 2 go back to primary ammo
Take special out of trace make them primary. People would use them
I would love a trace rifle meta in pve. Just to change things up.
But it's just not possible unless they give a substantial buff or they lean heavily with the artefacts perks.
Hopefully it wont be a only ager's scepter meta but still... You get the point
They should simply just make trace rifles primary ammo at this point.
Trace rifles using primary ammo would immediately make them the best weapon type in the game. The exotic ones would be insanely broken.
@@jojopojo9516 I mean what else could they possibly do with them to make them a viable weapon? As it stands, there is genuinely next to zero reason to use one outside of a couple of niche scenarios. There is what, one exotic trace rifle that actually does well?
@@oneminutewonder77 Imo, all the exotic traces perform well but Ager's and Coldheart are standout performers.
If I'm Bungie, I do one of two things. Increase the mag and reserve ammo or simply let traces progress their own special ammo meter.
They could even make it so final blows with traces (at whatever set interval) generate special ammo only for traces given Bungie wants to discourage double special. I lean more towards traces progressing their own meter.
I know how to fix trace rifles
Hallowed denial is better than this.
Primary ammo traces baby. Do it Bungie.
Make them primary, and adjust TTK in PvP in comparison to auto rifles.
trace rifles are garbage
Just crafted this guy yesterday. You have no idea how loud the sigh was when I saw this notification
Could still hold on to it for when traces hopefully get buffed
@@LambentV or delete it and just recraft it when then.
😂
coolguy is an idiot do not base ur opinions on his takes (but he right this time lol)
Destabilizing Rounds DEFINITELY needs a buff compared to the others like voltshot or incandescent... AT LEAST remove the cooldown 😢
That's the thing that's killing it. 2.5 (enhanced) seconds is far too long, it needs to be cut down to 1.5, or even 1 second.
To me, trace rifles exist solely for double special so you can swap to something with shoot to loot that is easy to laser bricks and orbs.
I'd rather use rocket sidearms than trace rifles
@@fysy9989 Ok? Everyone does. You completely missed my point but thanks for sharing, buddy. Let me know how you’re enjoying your rocket sidearm with shoot to loot though.
@@fysy9989 are you illiterate?
Thanks for gettin nerdy with it buddy....👊
Its hilarious cuz I just finished the pattern for this 2 minutes ago. lol
i'll say again ... Traces needs their own intrinsic version of caliber rounds.
Let's say, every 10 of sustained fire, CB procs (or explosion, or disorienting effect like GLs) ...
I hate traces because tougher enemies laugh at me when i shoot at them.... they run through the beam and slap me in the face.
ideas for how to carve out a more unique niche for trace rifles in pve, one or multiple:
1. increase the damage multiplier against minors. think machine guns -- their bonus versus minor enemies (red bars) is something like 2.5x, the highest for any weapon. this would help out trace rifles a lot with ad clear.
2. increase reserves by a lot. if i'm gonna use a weapon whose whole gimmick is "an auto rifle with extremely high stats that uses special ammo", i want a whole lot of ammo to shoot stuff with. at 1000 rpm, you chew through your reserves fast.
3. give them the hand cannon treatment. to my knowledge, currently no other ad clear weapon does similar damage to majors and minors. having a primary and special ammo weapon in this role, one single-fire and the other sustained, would give another unique facet to trace rifles.
always felt like trace rifles should have a mechanic where it does like a bigger chunk of damage if you stay on the same target for (example) half a second. so lets say you stay on target for 1.5 seconds, you'll get a 'energy burst' with extra damage each 0.5 seconds that you are on that target.
Ooor a similiar mechanic where it's not bound to a set timelimit, but more to consecutive shots hit on the same target builds up that 'burst energy'. always think it would be cool if every 'burst energy' on the same target does even more damage, making trace rifles more viable against bosses. Let's say you get the extra burst energy every 20 'bullets', that would mean you can build up 5 bursts of extra energy on a 100 magazine, with each burst doing more damage than the last. This only if you stay on the same target without missing.
I have a Repulsor Brace + Desperate Measures I like to use with Felwinter’s Helm with Arcane Needle and Vortex nades, which grant Destabilizing Rounds.
Is it *the best*? No, but it’s been my favorite build to run since Season of the Haunted. It’s gotten stronger over time, and Chronophage is filling its role better than Hollow Denial, so it gets good marks in my book for the niche role it fills.
Because the sandbox has so many weapons, trace rifles need something different that doesn’t fight for space with others. Just adjusting damage or giving them target lock doesn’t solve this.
Maybe if they had different frames that had different utility perks for consecutive shots, they could be unique. (e.g. consecutive shots on target increase movement speed while ADS, or generate an elemental pickup, or taunt other targets).
Suggesting people use trace rifles when special side arms exist is laughable. Trace rifles serve absolutely zero purpose in the current sandbox. They do barely more damage than primary, but noticeably less than special. They can DPS unless you're using the exotic stasis one and sacrificing your super. They need to be turned into utility tools, because they will probably become a problem in pvp if you try to make it a damage thing. You can make it so they're inherently much stronger against overshields without busting pvp. You can make it so they have inherent void effects after extended use, but I really dont know what else to do for them.
Trace Rifles in general just don't feel good right now. There is very little you can do with them that can't be done easier with a primary weapon or even just a single tap of the R1 button.
Prometheus Lens is the weapon with the highest kill count amongst my arsenal. But that gap is quickly getting narrower because it just isn't worth running, and hasn't been for a while.
Bungie needs to stop looking at them as exclusively add clear weapons. For the sustained investment of special ammo, traces should be doing significantly more damage to elites and bosses. This would give them higher midrange utility, where they would feel more like a good compromise between the crowd control of a primary and the DPS of a heavy. At the end of the day, if you are holding a sustained beam of concentrated solar energy on a Knight's forehead, it should feel like you are holding a sustained beam of concentrated solar energy on a Knight's forehead. And currently, they don't. They currently feel like a bad autorifle with a steep ammo requirement for some reason.
As a Trace Rifle enjoyer, they really fell of drastically over the years. All of the have the same archtype, no new frames or unique trace rifle perks. Its just a laser beam and nothing about it is interesting.
I feel like they need to have them be reworked with unique mechanics similar to how Glaives are weapons with unique mechanics. With a Glaive you have a pseudo- shotgun, a kinetic melee that interacts with melee exotics and the shield mechanic can enable some useful taunt and tanking potential. They enable something no other weapon can. Trace Rifles need something like that too. Damage alone wouldn't matter , even if you doubled their DPS, it wouldn't change how boring they feel like. Traces need to be unique and borderline exotic in their existence.
It's worth pointing out that trace rifles in pvp do have one benefit and that is they do not suffer from the body shot damage reduction that came into effect when pvp became more crit focused. This means they are incredibly forgiving and quite effective at melting down fast moving or fleeing targets for which hitting crits is tough. That said, if I'm going to run a trace for this reason, it's definitely going to be Coldheart.
as someone else said, they nwed to have an overheat mechanic, and all primary, or at least an enlarged ammo pool
and perks will be " reduces overheat by set percentage after damaging opponents", "cools barrel by 50% after a kill" for chain kills, but idk itll have to be a new frame of trace rifle and itll have to get precision instrument for dps and a buff to minor combatants
what really does suck is that for stasis trace rifles, theres no elemental benefit unless we get one that naturally refunds ammo after the destruction of a construct, and naturally more damage to contructs
I love Trace Rifles, but even I know they suck 😢 they need a big buff where the the longer you shot the trace the stronger it gets and then double the ammo capacity should fix them. Come on Bungie please do this.
I think legendary trace rifles need the same intrinsic behavior as coldheart, where the damage ramps up as you hold the trigger.
Suddenly perks like one for all or desperate measures or target lock would turn them into monsters that can chunk down beefy enemies and clear small ads.
As they stand, they are auto rifles but worse
Dang, he said this is replacing your primary but everyone is running special side arms or special auto rifle. I'd say traces are at least stronger than normal primary weopons.
I really wish they would turn the legendary trace rifles back into primary weapons while keeping the exotic ones as special weapons.
They NEED to double legendary trace rifles damage and the exotics by a good 30% (not the heavy one)
Repulsor and destabilizing for hunter, stylish executioner
Extra feedback for Bungie: Please, come up with a different weapon model.
Trace rifles are a relic of a bygone era of destiny 2. Why use a trace when I can use my incandescent rocket sidearm
agressive burst sidearms and pulse rifles out dps traces. thats all i needed to know to never use a trace
As always, doing the guardian’s true work. Thank you Coolguy!
Path of least resistance is the only trace I ever really use anymore for adaptive and voltshot
If you're not using Cenotaph, literally no reason to use trace rifles.
No one's using because there's no mods that take advantage of it. 😂
I miss “primary” trace rifles, even if they were only exotics.
A still use em in pvp nice to have fun agers scepter is good
Just make them primaries and be done with it.
Yeah agree they’re crap
