Thanks for everything Tyson your saving so many lives
This man explains exactly how I feel. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone
Not your worst enemy. Roll with the punches my friend 🥊🙏🏼
I struggle to believe it's possible, but hearing that it's possible helps. I'm narcissistic enough to believe I'm uniquely ruined, which causes me to feel anxious, guilty, and confused when people show they care.
What I can recommend, what worked for me was guided meditation, sports and learning how to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts ASAP.
That makes a lot of sense man I feel the same
Relate to Tyson so much regarding mental health n turning life around their is hope n solution please don't suffer alone god bless all
Keep strong everyone, there is always light at the end of the tunnel
Top man. Total legend for us people living with mental health. It's crazy . Cheers Tyson ❤️
Absolute Legend
True legend inspirational, peace.
Something I struggle with too. The more financially comfortable I am the worse it gets!! I feel guilty just being alive ( there is WW2 PTSD in the family).
Absolutely marvelous, a great man, a great man with an even greater heart.
I feel the same way. The superficial nature of life isn't working.
Tyson Fury is still the greatest Heavyweight.
He helped me so much to overcome my mental health problems.
Started my journey recently dealing with a life of pointless living and wandering around with this cloud over me and tyson fury is a blessing to me and many others.
People's champ 🏆🏆🏆
They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind.
absolute hero
Absolute top TYSON FURY
I hope to tell this story. One day. Obrigado Tyson
Absolutely admire this man on how he fought against his battles.
Anxiety is a very painful illness. It is a very lonely illness

Let's hope it's bright. Indeed. God Bless him.
Tyson is the man ✌️respect 👊
He'll be back for Usyk after he beats AJ again. Mark my words.
We wish but he might not return
Yeah doesn’t take a rocket science to predict that correctly
Don't write AJ off
He won’t leave us far , he’ll be back to wipe the floor with Usyk .
Aj
He won’t beat Usyk if he thought he could he wouldn’t have wanted a warm up fight before fighting him, because we all know the fight didn’t happen because of that reason!
@@rmm1688 Fury and Usyk are both on a different wavelength to the rest of the division, just look what they’ve had to fight for
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Bravo.

Everyone struggling should look up the 5 biotypes of depression by dr bill walsh
Sure he had help with the millions he’s got, fair play tho
He literally said he just won the Heavyweight championship, got millions, and still felt depressed.
@@MH-vp7lf yes, but just imagine he had not won and or didn't have any money. The money helped him in the long run but at the time.
❤
Quran 51: 56 is here to help.
😴😴😴 can’t wait for him to actually retire and go away
Heard all this twoddle too many times 😴
For real
What a load of bollocks…. Talks about money but then has made a book about mental health to make money I didn’t see all of the profits going to charity like he said he was going to do with the wilder purse that was also a lie…. I never heard about this depression until after he was on the drink and the drugs
Agreed. Its unbelievable the amount of thickos buying into it and thanking him for saving their life etc
Yeah, this professional athlete spent all day in the boozer for two & a half year because he was happy & well adjusted
What about the mental health of all the Jews affected by his antsemitism?
What about the Palestinians who got their land stolen.
