For the first time in my life I've recently sunken to the point where I've seriously contemplated - and almost have - taking my life. It's a downward spiral. It's not a sudden thing, but just you feel day after day get tougher, and the idea of dying, by your hands or another's, becomes more resound in your mind. Was screaming the entire fight. Was almost a month ago and it still feels like the other day to me.

I feel the same mate👍 exercising can definitely help, I started taking an hour walk around the park early every morning, and twice a week lift some weights, isnt a cure but definitely helps me, I still struggle a lot.
