When I was told by a PT to think about "Pulling my bellybutton IN towards my spine" it changed everything going forward for me and my rehabilitation.! The additional information you give in this video REALLY expands the whole purpose of paying attention to what YOU are trying to bring to your viewers! At least for me, anyway! I am wondering WHY you have not posted any more videos for such a long while? Where did you go and how do we find MORE OF YOU?!
