Haha, that was the funniest Georgie footage I've seen yet, in his bed being dragged LOL. Hope you're recovering well, Allie! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and Spence =D
I had appendix surgery back in 2001, and couldn't lift for like a month, hated it, and when I finally hit the gym again, I was beyond weak. Thankfully the muscle memory kicked in, and within I'd say two months, I was back to normal. You got this. 💪
Merry Christmas, Allie O. Great to see you getting back into the flow after surgery. You continue to inspire (and entertain!) with your videos tracking your pro running life.
What was most impressive? A. Going so long w/o unpacking suitcase B. Newly discovered, fun & cool walking route C. Variety of camera angles & video footage D. Allie's fast recovery & smooth training transitions 😊
Well....for two weeks or so, when the doctors had told you to pretty much go at the pace of a 70 year old, I think I was faster than you! But thankfully with your return to running, the world is now as it should be! Wishing you and your family a wonderful, happy, and fun Christmas.
Such a nice wholesome comeback video, hope you enjoy time with family over the holidays! 😊🎄Seeing videos like this really helps me see the light at the end of the tunnel, I’m unable to run for the entirety of December due to a strain, so can’t wait for January. Thanks you 🙏
So glad to hear your recovery has been going well! Did you like The Fourth Wing? I saw it was one of the books you returned and a flight attendant actually recently recommended it to me. Hope you have a great time in California! 🎄✨
Hi allie! Congrats on feeling better! I was wondering if you had any tips for improving my indoor 3k time as a hs junior. I had a really good xc season but now I feel frustrated because I find thats not really carrying over into winter track. Do you have a training plan including running and strength training that I could possibly do to help?
I don't have a training plan, but I do have some reels that show workout ideas! I would also say that it might just take a few weeks or a month to adjust to the shorter events. I'm sure the cross country fitness will translate, you just need to build that track specific fitness too!
Always the girls and the arc trainer. Rarely see guys on it. To me looks like an excellent low impact cross trainer, little boring, but highly effective. And Merry XMAS!! and the game is "fortnite".
Does Georgie ever try to stop you from tying your shoes because he doesn’t want you to leave for your run? Our wiener dog “Penny” used to do that all the time 😂
i'm a little surprised at all the processed foods and sugars going down the hatch for semi-professional athletes here. I'm a 50 year old nobody and i eat better than that.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The most important diet element for people who train heavily is to get enough calories to avoid energy deficiency, and believe it or not it's pretty difficult to do that without eating processed foods and sugars. Also, it's tone deaf to comment something like this on a video of someone who has publicly gone through eating disorder recovery and still has to work not to fall back into disordered eating patterns. Are you some sort of nutrition expert? If you were, you would know that everyone's food needs are different, and there are mental elements as well as physical-- for me, if I demonize certain foods and don't allow myself to have them, I end up binging on them later and falling into a horrible cycle, so it's way healthier to just have them in moderation.
@laundryweather i was more specifically referring to Spencer and the pop tart breakfast. I watch more of his videos. He can eat what he wants, but I can still be surprised.
@ Of course you can be surprised, but you don't need to say anything. I'm assuming here that you didn't realize it could be harmful to comment on a stranger's eating habits and say you eat "better". I think Spencer can take it, but you never know what someone is going through and it's best to keep food comments to yourself.
@@mrdavester Fine to be surprised, but commenting on people's food choices in this context is not ideal. We've seen in other videos that they eat a very careful and nutritionally sound diet for their activity level and needs. The odd pop tart is neither here nor there.

Georgie rest day
lol I was CACKLING when he refused to get out of bed 😂
So nice to have a little forced break with injury/set backs, because you can just start to appreciate and savior training hard!!!
I'm still impressed by the fact that I am an adult. I don't know when this happened 🤔
literally, how am I allowed to be left unspervised?
“I feel like I just took being a child for granted. I think we all did. Then once you’re an adult and you realize and it’s too late.” 🥺 too real

Gotta take your wins where you can 😅
Glad you're back at it!
Well done and keep moving forward. So excited for your unbounded future 😊😊😊😊😊

I absolutely loved this one 😍😂
Merry Christmas to all 3 of you!
Merry Christmas Allie! Greetings from Finland.
Merry Christmas Allie & Spencer!
what a fun /chill video .thx
Excellent Georgie scenes.
Great to see you're recovering. You left the audience on a cliffhanger - what's the game that Spencer plays?
That first run after a forced break always feels so good💆💆
Yeah for the run. Brooks shoes?
You 2 are awesome!!
Hey, I'm in Palm Springs for Christmas too. Maybe I'll see you out on a run.
chocolate chip & blueberry are the ONLY flavors of pop tarts...now repeat it with me, Spencer! 😁 Merry Christmas!!🙏💪
Man I wish I got excited to wake up and run!
Happy Christmas Allie and spence 🎉❤
Congrats!
Merry Christmas
🎄🎁
Great video

Good luck 💪
Oh my gosh the way Georgie's little butt wiggles when he walks!
Aha, you're visiting the Fam for Xmas. That explains the Cali Strava posts. Merry Christmas to you and your family. 🎄

I'll check them out! Tysm!

Spence's portapotty experience was too real 😂🤣
Nearly the afternoon. . . still morning
Helicopter Georgie got me.
Damn those s’mores pop tarts really did it hahah
Looks like the real deal on the coffee maker ❤❤❤
Can you do a video about 2025 goals?
Allie you should try skimo!
All the trailrunners are doing it!
A day in the life of an absolute goddess.
Good job
You are a great runner, i would put more emphasis on your sprinting. The best runners have a strong kick, which I never had 😢
Spencer was on the struggle bus this day 😂😂😂
What is Spence’s favorite flavors of pop tarts? We gotta know…
I feel curious about your new trainers. Would you mind to tell me more about them, please
Spencer can send me his uneaten S’mores Pop Tarts. They are second behind Chocolate Fudge for me.
I have to know what game Spencer plays
I think the new shoes might be an Easter egg about the new sponsor
Love how she just casually runs six miles like it's nothing. 😂
I agree about S'mores Pop Tarts 🤢
5:48 Him EARS!
3k at new balance against parker Valby would be dope
S'mores is good! What is he talking about?!?
Does Georgie ever try to stop you from tying your shoes because he doesn’t want you to leave for your run? Our wiener dog “Penny” used to do that all the time 😂
Did his 💩 cook at approximately 4.5 miles?😂
We know the game is Big Foot Simulator.
Pop tarts are disaster for my gut. Def gonna cause a pit stop.
My biggest takeaway from this is to not buy smores poptarts 🤭🤭 jk!
that transition from packing to salad kinda threw me ngl
meow
When you gotta Poop on a run, that last mile is a PR💩
Unpacking is my least favourite thing. I'd rather clean the toilet.
Smores pop tarts are the only good pop tarts
False
Spencer doesn't like s'mores pop tarts?! He may have just lost a subscriber...
You should get a real job.
