wonder hussy, wonderhussie, wonder hussie, wonder hussey, wonderhussey
All the bathrooms and then the kitchen… looks like services and housing for migrant workers and families. You mentioned fields nearby… There probably was more or different agriculture at one time.
This woman lifts my spirit like no other 🌺
I love seeing her write Wonderhussy in the dust at 6:32
@@kenrutherford1109 yasssss
Me as well, spirit that CAN be measured.
Maybe it was an off the books "Bunny Ranch".
Only Wonderhussy could find treasures in the middle of nowhere 😎🤣🤩⭐️
She's great 👍
😆 the Hong Kong Angel's
And among trash.
Most definitely a brothel!
I love giving abandoned places back stories, do it often.
These abandoned buildings in the desert are like cracker jack boxes...each one has some weird prize inside that you don't know until you open the box. Personally, i think the restaurant was just a front, for the lucrative black market make-up operation!
Two fantastic videos in five hours, you are a busy bee!
I believe the phrase "No Tell Hotel" would best describe this establishment and I would suspect rooms rented on a hourly basis....The Pahrump of Death Valley.....🤣
With Korean girls ..
A crazy rich asian's private club. ala Epstien
That also came to my mind too!🤔😂👍✌️
I be loving the wonderful wonder hussy who makes such awesome videos and makes my day every time!!!
I really enjoy this type of Adventure. Only WH can make this Junk Pile interesting
Two words I love to hear every Wednesday! Wonderhussy here !!! ❤😅😊
Looks like Newbury Springs west of the Volcano House.
Looks to me like a Spa possibly. Something like Glen Ivy bit a retreat. Mud baths, massages, cocktails and meals.
Korean Beauty is actually some good stuff! Some of it can be quite pricey. I love Korean skin care items.
What a natural artist you really are 🎨🎎🪭🎏🪄🪩
My theory is:
It probably was a rest stop for Asian (Korean) gamblers. That cater charter busses between LA and Vegas. It was an extremely profitable venture in the 80's and early 90's. They called them 'turn over' excursions. Leaving late afternoon. Returning in about 12 hours later. Their sleep was done in the commute.
As foreign born capitalist. They probably had restaurants within their syndicate. So they can recycle more money from the foreign born immigrants commuters. Promising non foreign Korean food. They probably had a gift shop. Hence the make up.
We all know Asians don't have much vices, but gambling. You know that. If you ever lived in Vegas.
What a very strange place with a great story thanks to Wonderhussy>
Looks like Newberry springs 😅
It looks like a brothel. Great video!
The bathrooms reminded me of the restrooms you would find at a theme park or water park
This was a bunkhouse to house a ranch hand crew. No doubt it was abandoned because the water supply dried up
Harlot Heaven for the farm hands! The girls used so much makeup that they decided to import it in bulk...just a guess!
Maybe go ask the County treasurer who paid the taxes, a business or individual. There may also be building permits
Reminds me of the odd "seasonal" restaurant in the Goonies movie. All abandoned looking in every aspect then something strangely out of place makeup in this case frozen ice cream in the Goonies
Thanks! Could it be a make-up manufacturing site that specializes in South Korean colors?
My second guess is MOONIES (Sung Young Moon followers), it seems like it is from that era. Jim Z - Fan
Blot on the desert landscape. Interesting stone (pebble) work on the exterior walls of the house.
Thanks for sharing…!
I live out here, and have seen that place. I think it was part of the Roughout Ranch, that big property with the lake on Sliver Valley Rd. The Lynch family raised cattle back in the day, now it's a party place.
What happened to the Silver Valley Sun club? That was a nice nudist resort.
Pro tip: I lived in Phoenix for 2 1/2 years and have visited other places out west. Cowboy boots were invented for a reason! Rattlesnakes are no joke, and neither are bark scorpions. They're all over the place in the western US.
Save your flip-flops for the hot springs, the pools, and the showers. Get a good pair of heavy leather cowboy boots that fit well, preferably customized for you if you can afford it. Remember that, in the desert, everything will stick, sting, or bite you with venom. Always wear the cowboy boots when you go exploring!
I found out the hard way about flip flops when I got stung by bark scorpions, not once, but twice, because I wore sandals and flip flops. I got good and sick, and it took a long time to recover.
I've commented on Sarah's choice of footwear a couple of times, suggesting flip flops are tempting fate.. but she still does it ! I'm in Australia and we have to be cautious with our snakes just the same.. we got millions of the things down here
Cowboy boots and shorts... not a good combo. 🙃 But definitely safer.
Yep. Those bark scorpions are not to be messed with.
PLEASE!
Mojave high desert dweller,i sleep in Doc Martins steel toe boots.
I've crushed a couple scorps in bare feet at front of toilet, drunk pissin' at night.
Flip flops are for the shower only, but scorps love the shower as well.
Mojave sidewinders love to curl up at front door, cute as a button.
I have made peace with the thousand spiders in my house.
I may die a horrible death, but with my boots on.
I'd love to see her in shorts and custom fit cowboy boots. Talk about looking super hot while exploring....
Detective deduction .... a large 'homestead' away from regular people, (meaning a drive to get there) ... where makeup is used ... what appears to be dining room, next to a large industrial kitchen. Out building a residence ... and the rock faced out building looking like a room ... with a large meeting room. If more bedrooms, a resort, or even a brothel ... but without bedrooms, even the bathroom with 3 toilets and large sink is a mystery. Possibly a resort .. with campground / restaurant / meeting place?
i think some one tried being an importer for a while after the restauraunt and motel failed possibly even a bar & grill would be a superb property to own that place could easily become a not so mini mini mansion
What an interesting imagination you have.
4Runner!!!!
First impression: Looks like a snowbird campsite store.
Always enjoy your documentarys
Pretty interesting things in the desert.
Cool Journey video Sarah. Thank you for taking us along
Would be great if you could discover the real history of the place. Love your videos.
Just google the address...
@@BlueSky-ff4oy What is that?
@QuikVu Classics Very Interesting thanks for sharing Quik.
@QuikVu Classics I see from your comments below that you're telling the truth! What a trip!
What's culinary hide-and-seek? Never mind, I just read more. How amazing! What great memories you get to have.
@QuikVu Classics lol!😂, I wish I could go back to being a kid again I miss them day's!😁✌️
You find the most incredible places in the middle of nothin! I miss doing stuff like this!! Stay safe lady!! ❤️❤️❤️
thanks for the adventure stay safe
The can in the outbuilding reads, "Chin Chin Ai Yu Yellow Jelly".
Literally YEARS of her wearing flip flops where she should be wearing boots...& gloves, & me watching going omg!
I can only imagine what kind of "business" was there at one point, being it's in the desert???? Hhhmmm maybe it was the rabbit ranch instead of the bunny ranch 😆 🤣 😂
THANKS!
I'd be more concerned with needles than snakes.
Right on 👍🏻 great looking project
Wander on Wonderhussy !
Love your videos !
VERY COOL SARAH,THANK YOU
Many years ago I decided I was tired of society and decided to go live alone, which I did for about four years before coming back. I thought nobody noticed but I was wrong. A young Asian woman gets a hold of me asking me a bunch of questions. I won't give you her background because she probably wouldn't like that. I showed her the video. She didn't recognize the place but she did recognize the make-up saying it was her "uncles" company which in her case doesn't necessarily mean her uncle because she uses aunt and uncle like some people say brother and sister. She tells me that it was very unlikely ever a Chinese restaurant or a brothel, was definitely used by others, maybe as some sort of resort, before the makeup arrived because someone was using the place as a "Hooking Station". A place where young mostly Asian girls were brought in and hooked on a drug. They are given a make-up bag being told they were models and then sold to a massage parlor. The girls would have had no idea where they were. She doesn't know about that place but knows for sure that girls arrive with that make-up at the massage parlors.
Wow that's interesting n makes sense too, I was thinking something dodgy like that too!🤔👍✌️
Great video. Safe travels.
Thanks so much
Very interesting...you sure do find them Sarah. Thx
I'm actually surprised the Chinese people on that ship didn't rebuild the entire ship using scraps, and then sailed out of there while giving the finger as they steamed out of there. All the Chinese people I've ever met can repair or build anything out of garbage. They are freaking amazing when it comes to that.
Yeah old Chinese “junks” lol
I'm more impressed by the Vietnamese
Old Chinese proverb "one man's junk is another man's business!"😂👍
@@Coldwarrior7781 1000% yes
Food is better women are more beautiful and they don’t rip you off like the Chinese do 👌
👍🙏 thank you wonderhussy Sarah did it again amazing
the room with the big beam and giant fire place love to redo that as my home ... dang
It was a brothel!!
You should go out to the "Desert Bar" out in the middle of the Mojave desert in Arizona. Miles away from any sort of maintained roadway or civilization
Glad you have such a good sense of humor Sarah. Hugggzzz from Kentucky
That land may be worth some money. With all the plumbing attached to those buildings there has to be a well somewhere on the property. Land with wells already drilled are worth more money than raw land without a well.
I never get tired of watching your shows. I even go back to your old ones and have a WonderHussy binge day lol. I used to love watching you prepare your meals while camping. Keep it up. Great work
It's amazing ; just think , they had to haul all this "stuff" out to this place !!!!
You better be careful running around a place like that in flip-flops. 😮
That was George Santos' beauty parlor headquarters.
I really like your morgdidshu story.
Yikes ! Fascinating find in the desert, wish you had put on some protective boots.
Life is full of surprises!
Cool !
I enjoy 😉 your stories!!! Lol 😆 Keep on keeping ❤ u... 👍
Pretty cool
omg id rockhound there-- when you mentioned volcanic rock another word for that is obsidian !!!!
That's sad to see abandoned homes.
Very strange place an definitely interesting. Thanks
It’s such a shame that people have to trash and destroy everything
Darn right
It's the American thing.
This is where Hong Kong phooey lived!
I wished you would do an exploration of these places further. Do an overnight stay to find out if it's HAUNTED! That investigation of the long abandoned brothel you did a couple of years back was/is still memorable.
Great location and history fun 🤠
I know where you are😂. Good analogy to dustbowl! That is a weird outdoor bathroom setup! Apparently Nobel Cosmetics is still around from what I saw when I Googled it. You left yiur mark! Now they know you were there😂. Curious property! That one building looked like it was made up like a clubhouse with homes to stay in. No theory what this complex would be. Thanks for sharing 😂
💐 Thanks For Sharing. Beautiful Empress 👑 I Enjoy, Your UA-cam Channel
Repackaging Depot for Mary Kay and Amway. Lots of workers. They had TV and electricity.
Agreed. Dorm and cafeteria for Asian women workers, maybe off the books
Cool WonderH😎
I love your videos
Chinese biker gang is way too funny!🎎☯
Alfalfa plants typically grow to about 3 ft. tall but their roots go down 6-8 ft and sometimes much deeper to get to underground water sources. Alfalfa might be a good crop to grow in that area.
doubtful the water table is around 700 feet in most of nevada and southern communistfornia
@@GeorgiaRidgerunner. Our well, here in Pahrump is only 125ft down. Most wells on our end of town are about that.
That's a big peice of morning wood!!!😮😂
Two WonderHussy videos in one day : "PRICELESS" !!!!
Love your Teva's
I think it was a restaurant , closed then resold makeup - Noble Panacea make up was the first to use Retinol in make up.
The Wedgewood stoves are worth quite a bit of money these days. Maybe they were using the makeup for nefarious purposes.
Indeed!🤔👍
Yes
Wooo huss!!!!
Love your videos sweetie 👌👌😘😘
Within view of Huell Howser's. Maybe his Chinese film crew and makeup person all stayed there? LOL. Chinese brothel ranch? Restaurant and private rooms. In any case a very interesting find!!!
Great 🇺🇸 stuff 🇺🇸 👍
Could've been a "House of Ill Repute" that used makeup imports as its cover story too!
WOW
...it was the best of times, it was the worst of times..it was an age of incredulity... and it was swallowed-up by the desert
That really is a weird place. I haven't the foggiest.
Wonderhussy boldly going into places where I sure as heck wouldn’t!😅
In flip flops no less
Maybe the storm suit was used in makeup manufacturing?
The woman on that make-up advertisement looked a lot like Elizabeth Montgomery.
Hey there Sarah. Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it very much. I am the guy that sent you poker chips from the
brotherl a while back. Anyhow I wanted to say you must have got a new microphone. The quality is really
good. Thanks & have a nice upcoming Memorial Day. Regards from Ody Slim
