- This video shares poignant anecdotes about Abdu'l-Baha and John Bosch, an American Baha'i who was in Haifa during the passing of Abdu'l-Baha.
"The Language of the Heart" is based on excerpts from Angelina Diliberto Allen's book When the Moon Set Over Haifa, shared with permission of the US Baha'i Publishing Trust. Select photographs are courtesy of the Baha'i International Community. Many thanks to our reader, Shane Mackenzie.
Thank you so much for this wonderful presentation. I was crying the whole time. The heart of 'Abdu'l-Bahá is still and always will be speaking to us, encouraging us, and loving us. We are truly blessed with the incredible grace of our Creator. ❤
Thank you very much !!!
John was born in Switzerland in 1855 and moved to the United States when he was a young man. In 1905, when he was 50, he became a Bahá'í.
This is incredibly beautiful and oh so important. Thank you for creating and sharing this.
I enjoyed this so much! I didn't know anything about John Bosch other than about the school named after him in California. What a gift he was given! I especially liked 'Abdu'l-Bahá's quotes about the language of the heart; they reminded me of the book "The Heart's Code" by Paul Pearsall which talks about the importance of listening to one's heart.
A wonderful video presentation! Thanks so very much for this lovely story.
Es un hecho que Abdúl-Bahá hablaba con el corazón. Hermoso relato.
