I ordered the pliers and hardware but stil waiting on it to arrive from Amazon, so got some little loops from Walmart's craft section and they turned out amazing. Thank You for this great tutorial!
Y key fob hardware only has prongs on one side. What holds the other side in? Minor just pulled right out so I glued it in, but no says anything about this problem.

From what I can see the fabric is just plain cotton. You could use twill fabric or even denim.

It makes the fabric a little stiff so it basically makes it more sturdy ☺️
I believe that these interfacing pieces are also what is used to make shirt collars stiffer.
