How is the central locking actuator actually connected inside the mechanism? my central locking has stopped working on the door and wondering do I need to replace the whole lock or can I replace the actuator. In which case, do I need to dismantle the whole lock to connect a new actuator?
Upwards towards, top of video. Basically so the whole arm can move further up to top of video. It required melting a small bit of plastic it was resting against also. Saved me quite a few dollars. Still working months later.

Thank you so much! Bent the back-stop over and melted the plastic with a hot screwdriver... worked a treat! Genius!

When you say you bent the pin up, do you mean upwards in terms of its orientation in the video? Or upwards as in back into the wall?
