Sir, I just wanted to thank you for this awesome idea! I was out of room in my kitchen as well and this idea has made my kitchen much more organized and easier to work in. I implemented your idea within a week of seeing this video right after you posted it. I thought I had a thing with cast iron until I ran into you.... I only have 22 pieces of cast iron... Thanks again, and looking forward to more videos.

Glad to see some All-Clad in there. I made the progression from junk pots and pans to All-Clad to Cast Iron. And I have to say All-Clad has to be the closest thing to cast iron and it might even be higher maintenance considering how you look at it. Price is a big consideration though all of the conveniences (rust resistance, weight, no need to season...ect) of All-Clad do not come cheap. Either way cast iron and All-Clad are lifetime cookware with similar maintenance requirements that excel in equal and different manners.

I think you need a cast iron house to fill your cast iron pots and pans. Also a cast iron table and chairs to set up your cast iron on. Don't forget your cast iron driveway to drive your cast iron car onto. Finish it off with a lovely cast iron bedroom set (bed, dressers, etc) to add to your cast iron decor and then go relax on your cast iron couch and watch jeopardy on your cast iron tv. But that's just like my opinion man ; )

I got tired of throwing away the teflon pans that would buckle in the center after a few years and went back to the cast iron pans. I especially like the grill pans for steaks. I did not know how to store the pans because they made rust circles on the electric top. This video gave me a good idea to use what I have (I have The HDX stand that i use to store paint) and didn't realize a better use.

I got a 10" Griswold skillet, the Lodge Sportsmans Grill, a 12" Finex skillet with lid, and a Finex Dutch Oven. This combination of pans, grill and dutch oven cover 95% of what you could ever want to make in a cast iron pan. The collectors part is nice, but that is a ton of money spent on pans that will never get used.
