Rained on INSIDE of a bus?! Public transport madness in Belize

What is public transport like in Belize? We had the most hilarious travel day from the islands to the jungle in Belize. And to be clear, usually I don't get wet while on public transport, this was a special occurrence but one I'll remember forever.
