3:15 Maybe you’ve thought about it but how about weld AN fittings to those factory aluminum coolants tubes on the chassis side and run an off the shelf k series AN coolant pieces on the engine side.
Super cool project. I was thinking about doing K swap aswell but decided to stick to 4g63 due to having more room when I measured everything up. I wish I had done the detailing videos like you but I have do have pictures lol..check out my 4g63 swap. You have to keep the coolant reservoir needs to be restricted on top return like factory or else it will keep overheating :).

Do you mean the stock one that I machined? If so, that one was mostly just for testing.
