It makes me wonder if there's something in the SDK that makes it not adjustable. And if that's why they can't have the guidelines as well. But yeah, there's not anything super specific about the added game features, and the Artemis mode can still use specialty arrows.... For the Bow upgrades, they do get stronger with higher levels, so might be something there. Still seems strange
It's a Tower defense game, yes. You can level up your bow to hold more specialty arrows, and use experience points to by the arrows that are unlocked at different levels. Attackers come from 360 degrees and get more and more complicated/hard to fight off :)
Hey, Thanks :) I won't be able to do a UA-cam video for each DLC, but I've covered the latest one on Instagram/TikTok and on the Horizon Feed. I'll be reviewing any new update/DLc there as well :) instagram.com/reel/DBocuOWvgZy/?igsh=MWdxcndnbnhkcGcyMQ== horizon.meta.com/profile/10157266944352553/?hwsh=3VrLZ7XPa8
Great review. Thanks for the honesty. It's a pass for me but I will definitely keep an eye on this peripheral and when they sort out the kinks and increase the game base, I'll have a second look.
I don't regret buying it but I wish they'd add more game compatibility. Meanwhile just this week I got the Shadow Shot from DeadEyeVR. No way to pair with a headset but a lot lighter and works pretty well with the most important game, In Death: Unchained!
oooh I haven't had a chance to check that one out yet - but DeadEye usually have really good stuff! And I agree- I hope more games decide to integrate Artemis :) It's so fun to use!
@@VikingPrincessVR Here's my Amazon review I just wrote: As my title suggests, I am very interested in a bow and arrow peripheral for VR. I got the Wonder Fitter Artemis bow and like it very much, but it has pretty limited application with currently only one app supporting it natively (Tiny Archers, with which it does work very well, but still quite pricey for only one game). It's also quite heavy and not comfortable to use for long playing sessions. This came up in my Facebook feed, and once noticing, I knew I had to try it. It's much easier to assemble than the Artemis and therefore much easier to break down and store in less space. It also weighs much less. This is cheaper because it has no electronics to pair with a headset, but the components still feel quality enough (carbon fiber (?) and 3D printed). As far as the claim of working with all archery games, well, yes and no. The issue is how well it lines up with the bow in VR. I've tried several with very mixed results. It works the best by far with In Death: Unchained, which is my favorite game, so that makes it worth the price for me. I wanted to try it with QuiVR but I'm having a runtime error problem playing it. It worked well enough with Bardo. But Tiny Archers and others seem either out of the question or require a lot more experimentation because it doesn't come close to lining up, which is a huge handicap in the game. Even in In Death it takes retraining your brain and building some muscle memory to keep your movements straight (which is also a big handicap in situations that require quick action). I'll keep working at it though, because there are not a lot of other options out there. Yet (hopefully!)

I just use exercise band loop and it works great. Usually light resistance
This was fantastic! Tiny Archers looks amazing! I love the sound of that bow! Thank you for your honest review!
Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊
6:46 seeing how pairing the bow to the game changes the model i also wonder why would they remove such features, this can easily be fixed in game.

No lie, if they added compatibility for In Death and The Light Brigade I'd buy the Artemis bow IMMEDIATELY. Still on the fence right now...
Total worthy!
Does it work for Battle Bows?
Not currently. As of now, it only works for Tiny Archers VR
cieakwe stont pieniazki na to haha golom dupom pewnie

Does anyone know if I can use it to play Skyrim VR ? Or just this lame minigames ?
