The blender add-on must be outdated. I import the roblox rig and the mesh appears all screwed up, not to mention when I add the bones it just doesn't move anything in the model.
I will make a video showing how to install the latest versions of add-ons and I will also show you how to export animations to roblox. (I will try to edit my videos)

if yall have issues with the plugin exporting and importing i highly suggest you guys use the reverted version, its the same thing but actually doesnt screw you up and stuff.

When importing the rig It spawns far away from the _RigMeta which results in it being hard to animate. How do I fix

You should change the rig position to 0,0,0 position so it will fix your problem

Open a new game and then import animation
Clear meta parts dont work even when i press it right after pressing export rig it re pops up.
Some errors can happen if you are using more recent versions of Blender than recommended in the forum, in this case I suggest you use Blender version 2.82 or 2.8, they are the ones I usually use when I make animations and this could be your solution.
Otherwise, this will not have to do with blender, but with the roblox studio plugin, I took a look at youtube and some animators are using alternative versions of the original plugin so it ends up also serving as a solution.
and check if there are any warnings before exporting to blender.
how do you fly faster in roblox studio?
there is an option in roblox studio settings that changes the viewport speed.
